While DQ is known first for their blizzards and other deserts, they always know what they are doing and do not skimp on the mixed ingredients of their Blizzards. As for the burgers, hot dogs and other general food items, these items are often sloppily made and taste a little more on the frozen and recooked side... Customer service is a bit odd as they consistently have an over abundance of employees working at a single time, yet it can take several minutes for someone to take my order and confusion behind the counter when an order is ready. This one is a case of too many cooks in the kitchen.

Staff and service was speedy and great as usual. however we ordered two large ice cream twist cones with chocolate cover chocolate dip, the ice cream we believe was not cold enough for the dip to get hard so the icecream was Dripping all out of it , and then on top of it that ice cream cone, where you put the ice cream in it was a stale cone. We ate the cone because we were hot and hungry. It cooled us off and filled us up. other than that everything okay. And satisfied.

They forgot about my order and when I asked them about they jump up to get it but when they did it was the wrong size. To fix their mistake they just put the small in a large cup and just added solid ice cream to it. It was suppose to be a milkshake not ice cream in a cup.

The food is cooked to order for the most part. The ice cream is always great and the staff is always friendly. The drive thru line is typically a very long wait, I plan for at least 10 minutes of waiting before getting to place my order.

Probably the slowest serving restaurant in the United States. If there is a line at the drive-thru I would not even bother waiting in the line. The employees have no sign of hustle and just look lost the whole time they are serving.

They need to work on there prep for the food they give out. Its too old dried out. An my blizzard just tasted like regular vanilla ice cream not strawberry cheesecake. There wasnt nothing really in it. Milford one is on the ball.

My grandson has a peanut allergy and had a reaction after buying a smoothie from here. When I. Called and asked about their mixer the man told me a banana that they used in the drink probably came in contact with peanut dust.

The food was okay at best and they forgot my sundae but what really got me was how dirty it was in the resteraunt ... I had to clean my own table! Safe to say they wont have to worry about me returning anytime soon
