If you have been to one Panera, you have been to them all. This one is no different. Food quality is good, they usually get your order 100% accurately the first time around. Selection of food is very good. They offer hot/cold sandwiches, soups, salads, and lately been playing around with offering pasta dishes, which I think is not their strong suit (drop pasta from the menu). Drinks are plenty to choose from also. Fountain soda machine, tea & coffee, and brewed iced green tea & brewed lemonade. An assortment of baked goods are available, I think that they are a bit dry for my personal enjoyment. I like more European style pastries (cream filled puffs). And of course you can purchase freshly baked breads, which they will slice (using a bread slicer of course) on request. Selection is very good (loafed breads and bagels).

Our team needed to host a breakfast inservice one Friday morning and we had missed the call in period for a catering order with another store. The Glastonbury Panera store (and manager) quickly stepped up and took care of our urgent request for a catering order on the spot. They provided everything we needed with and were very efficient and accommodating, even while managing other large catering orders going out. We are so grateful for the staff at this store -thank you! They are truly customer service oriented and probably one of the best locations we have death with for catering needs! We highly recommend!!

I clearly got an employee who didnt feel like being at work, and a manager who didnt know how to handle it. First I got chicken on my Greek salad (vegetarian), then I got no feta, then no olives, then no bread. Like, are you for real? All the while standing there listening to the girl who was SUPPOSED to be making my salad complaining to her coworkers about how she wanted to go home. I brought the mistakes up to the manager and just got a kind of deer-in-headlights "Im sorry I dont know how that happened." Also, my soup was splashed all over the salad tray, dishes, etc. Very careless and kind of gross.

I love Panera in general - their recent focus on "clean" eating has led to some less than awesome menu changes which was unfortunate. The Glastonbury location can get insanely busy during lunch. This is frustrating, but I have to give A LOT of credit to the staff and management - they do their best to keep things running smoothly, and are overall successful. Things do occasionally fall through the cracks - but theyve always been accommodating. Id recommend double checking an order during high volume times, but overall they are great.

Everyone loves Panera Bread. But did you know they do catering? As a busy realtor in Glastonbury, I am always looking for time-saving ways to optimize my business. Panera is perfect for my Brokers Open Houses". The food is always delicious,. It is prepared fresh and is packaged in convenient containers ready to serve. It allows me to focus on selling houses rather than preparing and serving food. I highly recommend that you try Panera for a work luncheon or event.

Food is good as you would expect from Panera, but BUYER BEWARE! If you use Rapid Pickup, they have had problems with the last 4 of 5 orders for Rapid Pickup. Problems are generally missing items (chips, croutons, bread). Management has been informed but has not solved it yet. If you are using Rapid Pickup, please check to make sure all items are in your bag before leaving the store.

I ordered a simple Turkey and Swiss Cheese on Whole grain Wheat with Lettuce and Tomato w/ Mayo. Along with a side of Chix Noodle soup. They put Red Onion on my Sandwich. The Slip didnt even have Red Onion on the Slip. Wake Up People. Read the Slip. Sucked.

The Panera chain of restaurants always deliver a somewhat gourmet take on sandwiches and soups. Consisting along with comfort food...its... well, comforting. The Glastonbury location adds to the experience with a fireplace and a great location.

This is your typical Panera. Healthier food fare. We were there at a slower time and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Love the chicken torilla soup, this was a spicy soup. I loved it but beware if your spice sensitive.

Can be busy/hectic. Do yourself a favor and order from the Panera app and pick up from their take out area. I have done this even when I know I will be eating in the dining room.

What a pleasant surprise, great lunch with hubby on a weekday. I had a broth bowl and hubby a steak sandwich. The bread is delicious, friendly staff and comfy cozy seating.
