It doesnt matter what time of the day, or how many people are ahead of you in line, itll always take ADLEST 30 mins to get anything from here... it is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. If you are in a rush stay away from this location. On top of the extreamly slow service, the staff is always confused and constantly seems to mess up my order. it is very fustrating mainly because it is one of the very few "drive thrus" in Westport CT...

Literally still waiting for a cold brew and its been 20 minutes. Only 5 drinks in front of me. These guys do not run playbook at all. No one on customer support. Its awful.

This is not a real Starbucks, its inside a Stop & Shop. Next to the refrigerated fruits section, so its quite cold.
