I have visited this Starbucks location several times in the past week. I am visiting from SoCal. There really is no ambiance. No customer service that stands out. The music even seems never to be changed. You can wait and be in a line where there is only one other person in it and ahead of you and still wait an unreasonably and perplexing amount of time before even being acknowledged. The manager preoccupies herself with paying customers with "animals" in her car that she calls Seattle Corp. to express concern over meanwhile the "animal" owner sits less than twenty feet away and is never outside the presence of her dog. Meanwhile the manager and her employees smoke outside the building where apparently in NY smokers dont need to be 20 feet away from the only entrance in an out of the store. Poor customer service. Poor service. Smoking EEs and an impolite manager who would rather provoke an argument with a paying customer rather than actually have "concern" for the customers "animal" abated by perhaps just stepping from behind the counter or her cigarette to make a sincere inquiry. The worst Starbucks I have visited in all the years Starbucks has been in existence. Perhaps the manager should concentrate more on minding her own business and the store and put the cigarette pack away.

I love this Starbucks! Not only are all of the baristas Ive spoken with SUPER friendly and funny, but the beverages are also delicious every time. Starbucks is pretty expensive, so ya gotta hate it when you pay $4 and get a bad brew...Not the case here!! I mean, obviously these ladies and gents are adept at making a good latte, but I think the friendly service makes the coffee taste even more delicious ;) Also, I love that this bux is so small, it feels way more personal that way.

I give this great little Coffee Shop only (2) stars for one reason, and one reason only. The moron that designed this overall plot had his proverbial head up his pencil sharpener. There is no doubt that a bad accident involving a pedestrian will happen there because of the way you have to walk right into parking lot and drive-thru traffic to get to the front door. An absurd design. Great people and great baristas - but ya gotta get there first.

No ambiance, its true, I find the music loud & offensive for my taste. It seems as the music is chosen and for the employees. Many a time they speak loud & joke between themselves as if they were the only people in the store. I dont find them friendly at all, sometimes obnoxious. Whos the manager?

The music is a bit loud at this location. One of your staff by the name of Jon is always professional and attentive. Knowing who the manager is when visiting would be nice. Immediately I would assume Jon was the manager based on his professionalism, but Im wrong

I usually like this place but lately they have been messing up my order and today when I went to ask to for my drink to be fixed the barista was rude towards me and to the other barista who was trying to help me.

I love this place. Pretty tiny for a Starbucks, but the crew are awesome. A lot of regulars from the businesses around, and they get to know you by drink or name, which makes the experience a lot like Cheers.

Friendly, competent staff. Quick drive-thru. Only downside is that my "quick hop" off the LIE for coffee ended up taking like 20 minutes due to stupid traffic trying to navigate the shopping centers here.
