always ate there food was freat until i got ripped off on bill by bartender. went in and got a grinder and a beer which was around $8.50 wrote a $1.50 tip on bill then checked account next day to find outthere was $19.50 charged by them. talked to owners and after playing phone tagback and forth the bartender admited she added a zero to the tip making it $10.50 tip. i was furious and the owners told me they refunded me the full amount of bill including food and i was banished from ever going there again. hmmm? rip a customer off and ban them ? doesnt make sence right? neither does not firing the bartender for stealing and falsifying reciepts to bad what a shame i was a usual there and not anymore. i guess u can survive being in business by letting employees steal and banishing customers that get robbed and find out.

The staff provided EXCELLENT service, the Karoke show was outstanding, and the other customers were friendly. The food is also great. It is no wonder that the place has been successful for over two decades. It is one my favorite places to go for free time fun. I recommend East Side to EVERYONE.
