Winooski as a whole has definitely been doing a 180 from where it was just a few years ago and is quickly becoming a must-visit for up and coming restaurants and bars. Sneakers has been there forever and has continued to update their menu and drink selection to keep pace with the recent growth. I have only been there for breakfast but their Bloody Marys are amazing and everything Ive ever had for breakfast has been great! My favorite is the Chicken & Waffles coming with its own homemade gravy and an egg on top. I sub out the egg for home fries and get a side of the gravy to dip the home fries in which is just awesome! Also, their coffee is above average with a diner coffee kind of taste and the staff is extremely nice. If you live in the surrounding areas or are just visiting, definitely check this place out.

Love this place. Delicious hollandaise & benedict, great home fries - really everything Ive tried has been at worst quite tasty (and at best really superb). Moved out of Burlington several years ago, so dont get to go as often as Id like these days, but I cant wait to go back. Worth noting that the recent influx of one star reviews are from a bunch of out of state bigots whove never actually had the food. Check out the Yelp reviews if you dont want to sort through all that hateful rhetoric - they seem to have deleted the spam (excuse the pun) comments or filtered them out somehow.

I had the corned beef hash, eggs over easy on the benches outside the restaurant last week. Spring sprung and it was wonderful. OMG! Real food, served home-style, gracefully, my absolute favorite place for brunch! Seriously, the food is consistently superior, and Im wondering how sincere the criticism was from another reviewer. Ive been going to Sneakers for over 20 years, and it has never once been less than perfect. In the unlikely event something isnt right, I know they would make it so, so I think you should throw out that opinion and try Sneakers.

Best brunch in the area without question. The rotating specials almost always have something that will catch your eye. Even if they dont, the French Toast, Quinoa waffles or Hash and Eggs will certainly leave you satisfied. There is almost always a wait on the weekend, so go early and be prepared to wait a little while. The waiting is not so bad, as the Monkey House opens up next door so you can have a cocktail and relax while you wait. Dont worry, the food will be worth it.

I have been going to Sneakers for years, and I proudly take my family there when they are visiting. Great food, great atmosphere, and GREAT service. With all the recent backlash over what was nothing more than a decent gesture, I felt Sneakers deserves recognition for the fine establishment it is and the great food they serve. I will proudly continue to go to Sneakers because I am encouraged by their commitment to service, and how that extends out into the greater community.

Sneakers is a wonderful brunch establishment! The menu is regularly updated with new specials and twists on classic brunch meals. The cocktails are tasty and provide a perfect companion to any breakfast dish. The wait can be long on the weekends but, to help pass the time, Sneakers opens a neighboring bar/lounge for coffee, drinks, board games, and billiards. I have always had a wonderful experience at Sneakers and I look forward to my next trip!

I am a tough customer to please as I have a ridiculously long list of foods I am allergic to. Sneakers not only handles my special requests graciously, but the staff remember what I cant eat and helps me expand my choices. The food and service could not be better. My husband and three teenage sons love it as well. Its definitely on my short list of restaurants I love and it is definitely the best breakfast in greater Burlington area.

I always make sure to go when its not peak hours, since this place gets really packed. Everything on the menu makes my mouth water, and considering its locally sourced, its very reasonably priced. The Eggs Benedict is especially delicious. Literally the best cappuccino in Winooski, and they serve Alcohol before noon. Whether Im taking my girl on a date, or grabbing lunch with coworkers, Sneakers is my go-to bistro.

My favorite restaurant in greater Burlington, especially for weekend breakfasts with my wife. Eggs Benedict is rich and delicious -- great hollandaise sauce, and their veggie hash is surprisingly awesome (crispy, tasty, filling). Get there early (before 9am) on weekends or youll be waiting next door at the Monkey Bar until a table opens up. Worth the wait though, and prices arent bad either.

This place serves the most excellent dishes, everything so well prepared and tuned well for good taste. To write a review that would hurt their reputation based on a grievance with a local tax paying citizen is wrong. I hope to see less comments about Muslims, and a little more based on service and food quality. FYI, both are great. Even if the line is long, but theres a good reason for that

Dont know for the food. They dont take réservations. They told us 45 minutes wait. There was 2 empty tables outside and nobody was waiting. We went breakfast in the restaurant beside. Ordered. Eated and the same 2 tables were still availables. Weird system. Even if you give your name and go the People who are waiting on line in the restaurant can t be seated. I mean very weird

So while passing through this wonderful town, I decided to stop for a bite. And at the traffic light, I noticed this wonderful well-thought sign in the street. All it took was one word, bacon. I. Love. Bacon. Who doesnt?? They didnt just serve bacon, but that was at the top of my list. If Im ever in town again, this will be my first choice. Thanks Sneakers!

Best brunch in the Burlington/Winooski area. Every week they have three Jumpstart specials: an omelet, a savory, and a sweet dish. Check Facebook for updates in advance. I have yet to find something that wasnt delicious and worth the 30-60 minute wait. Cocktail specials (e.g. apple cider mimosa) are also tasty and generously portioned.

Cool texting system to inform you your table is ready! Very charming little restaurant. Busy but service was excellent. Had a 3 egg omelette and it was fantastic. All other meals at the table (4 in total) were also delicious. Left full and satisfied. Prices were decent for the Calibre of food as well.

Food and coffee were amazing. Everything went very quick. The only thing that was remotly annoying about my visit was that i got too many hashbrowns! Everything was great! The place was packed and staff served us within 10 minutes of ordering. Great for people looking for a quick and delicious meal!
