I have been to many restaurants in my life time but this place had the worst customer service i have ever encountered.From the moment we walked in it was very difficult to get the bartenders attention. When we finally did get his attention it appeared we were bothering him. There were two of us in our party yet the server did not speak to me directly. server was the rudest person ever.i went there that one night and i will never go there even if it would to be the only place to eat. I have never written a review but felt this couldnt be ignored.Not one star for the restaurant. Happy Thanksgiving all.

This establishment is great, the environment is very relaxing and chill overall. I did get a chance to try to penne alla vodka & it was nothing like what I was expecting and just seemed very cheap. I literally could have made the same or better from a krafts box or velvetta. Was very dissapointing that the meal was a little on the expensive side and made cheaply and but there was also an upcharge for chicken that was very dry and tasted almost microwaved. Good thing the fried Mozzarella was good otherwise it would be one star. Also the raspberry tea was a great touch to wash the dry chicken down.

I went to the Southington Wood and Tap for dinner tonight and Im mortified. I ordered the "Shrimp and Lobster Bisque" for $7.99. My soup was cold and had ONE tiny lobster knuckle in it. I sent it back and the waitress came back with the SAME, now cold bowl of soup and said "sorry" this is how it comes. I asked to speak to a manager and he simply said "sorry" plus he had a terrible attitude. I cant believe the poor service and the total disregard for customer service. BIG waste of time and money. Never again. : (

Terrible! After waiting for outside table...the waitress walk us to the table where 2 out of 4 chair had bird dropping...we asked to change the "chairs" we observed at list 5 more chairs where dirty and also the floor had droppings not well wash. The patio had at list 7 unoccupied tables! She was not to friendly. We asked for water several times the water never arrived. We walk to the supervisor and asked for the water, he never delivered and never apologized. You will not see me soon there. .

Well me and my girlfriend have been coming here for a while now and started to noticed that there was a major issue with the seating. Seen that there was segregationgoing on in the place which I found to be offensive thats what stopped me from giving this place a 5 the food was good but the seating is unexpectable so with that being said if you dont care about seating sure why not come down if you do then I highly recommend you dont come here

I LOVE that they have a gluten free menu. They also have a dedicated gluten free fryer so you can eat their French fries without having to worry about cross contamination. They have outdoor patio seating too. I suggest trying the Caesar salad -- its amazing! They also support the Southington Relay For Life, which I loved. All the service staff Ive dealt with have been awesome. Great place to grab lunch or dinner.

Great Service! Great Food! Always a good time whether having dinner with the family or cocktails with friends. Ive never had a bad experience at this Wood n Tap or any other. Managers recognize us when we are there and the servers and bartenders are great. My husband loves the Beer and Bourbon selection. Prices are very reasonable and they have a great loyalty card.

I ordered nachos but wanted chili on them instead of beef or chicken.. they up charged me 5 dollars!! 18 dollar nachos..... They have good food but at cost that is not justified. and their happy hour (tappy hour) sucks. avoid that scam! if you want a good burger then good but expect to pay to play

Was seated pretty quickly which was great. But then we sat for almost 30 mins and no one came. I understand being short staffed but if someone could have at least acknowledged us aside from the super friendly hostess who sat us originally it would have been nice. Ended up leaving because no one came.

This place is horrible!! I ordered a cheeseburger w/ only certain items on it. The server got very annoyed w/ me & my cheeseburger came out w/ completely NOTHING on it. Then, to make things worse, the burger was burnt on the outside & raw in the inside. I will NEVER go back to this place!!

This is a good setup and nice spaces. It has an especially nice big bar area. We went to one of the side areas so it would be more quiet so we could talk but the wait staff that we had assigned to us was a bit inexperienced. But the food is very good and overall it was a great fun night.

This is a place that used to advertise that their kitchen is open late, something that was supposed to differentiate them from other local restaurants. I work late so this was pretty convenient. Now the kitchen only serves appetizers after 1030 during the week, disappointing.

We go here a couple of times a month. Food is good as long as you dont ask them to alter your meal. Ask for no onions in your salad and youll probably get them anyway. If you point it out to your server they will usually offer you a new meal or a free dessert.

Wood-n-Tap had a very average resturant feel. It did not feel like a special dining experience, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. The bison burger was very tender and flavorful. Overall, I would recommend the restaurant for a solid lunchtime outing.

Nice average style tavern with burgers and such. The pricing is average, but they carry an excellent selection of craft beers. The only downside is the menu doesnt change all that much. But because of the food and beer, I would definitely return here.

I found a hair in my wrap and then there was a unknown sticky object in there . They tried to lie and state that it was a caramelized onion but the wrap didnt come with that ingredient . They also didnt seem concern . Doesnt look like a clean facility.

We can only judge a restaurant by our experiences there. Mine was excellent. I had the Butternut Squash Soup and the French-Cut Short Rib, and both were excellent, as was the service. I hope other people have more experiences similar to mine.

The staff are terrible. 20 minutes betting ignored at the bar. Sitting at a table our waiter was like a ghost when we needed him. And to top it off why do I get an attitude when I have to wave you down so I can order some drinks or food.

Good food, cold beer, they just need to work on the help tho. My waitress walked by multiple times doing stuff that I no could have waited till after I at least got my first beer. She didnt have but 2 tables.
