I called and ordered a Alfredo pasta dinner with a side ceaser salad talked to a girl on the phone named Stephanie P who seemed semi pleasant. That is until she had to continuously put me on hold to figure out if they could actually make a Alfredo pasta, (Im assuming its not on the menu normally which is why when I called I had asked if they make it, I was told yes). I received my dinner, which was a pasta under cooked and lightly coated in a cheesy sauce. ( I just ate it, no complaints- not great but not bad) But the salad I recieved was a side salad, which was browned and had vegetables all over it with a house Italian. So I called back to explain that I ordered a ceaser salad, the same girl that I orginally talked to answered, she was extremely nasty and told me if I wanted a ceaser salad Id need to pay for another one (when I already paid for the salad). I then talked to a gentleman on the phone who ensured me he was very sorry and took my location and told me a ceaser salad would be there very shortly (obviously I was please by this and thanked him). After 45 minutes of no one arriving, I called back, to deal with Stephanie once again, who told me that my salad would not be arriving any time soon, she was extremely rude and nasty continuing onto say that The gentleman I talked to earlier has left and switched the story of weither a salad was or wasnt going to be delivered to my house multiple times. Being in the food industry I always try to be pleasant and give chances, my family has ordered from the restaurant since they opened and Ive always been semi unpleased but the service has always been nice, Im disgusted that a restaurant would hire employees that would talk to customers the way I was talked to tonight. - Will never be ordering or returning-

Im just curious as to where on the website do you have a dress code??? I see laid back bar/restaurant. The fact that an employee kicked a customer out bc of wearing a tank top on a day that was 95 degrees is beyond me!!! Never been to this restaurant and dont plan on it after friends of mine were treated this way!!! A paying customer is a paying customer period regardless of what they are wearing. So disappointing and glad I wasnt there because all hell wouldve broke loose... So thanks for the experience b/c Im sharing it with all my friends, and all my friends will tell their friends and on and on. Poor customer service, seems like people dont just have any. Good luck with your Classy Upscale Restaurant, maybe you should address that on your website!!! Or maybe address it before people order drinks and food. Unreal.

Picked up my order and brought it all the way home only to find out it was wrong. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad with ranch dressing and the blue cheese crumbles on the side. Was very disappointed when the crumbles were on top because I do not eat blue cheese but the friend I was sharing with does (which is why I asked for it on the side). I called and told them what happened and the lady responded, "well you shouldnt order your salads like that its too confusing for the chief". I politely asked if they could remake the salad and deliver it to my house. They didnt want to but finally agreed stating we shouldnt eat the salad we already have and to return it. Its been over an hour and still no salad.

Gave them the 1 extra star bc food is actually good...but owner was very disrespectful to me at one point. I chalked it up as maybe he had a bad day. Gave it a few months and placed another order recently in which i called back a few minutes later to cancel the order. The lady who i spoke to said that it was ok i hung up and got a phone call 30 mins later stating my food was outside. I explained to the delivery driver guy that i had been spoke to the same lady that i placed my order with and cancelled and he told me that bc i dont want the food im "redlined" and cannot order from romas anymore. Was that my fault or the ditz they have doing phone orders? Smh

Went for the first time on Karaoke night, Wednesday. I ordered the 6 pc Honey BBQ wings. The waitress brings me some with Buffalo sauce, I wasnt sure if I was wrong, so I had a couple of my friends try them and they agreed- wrong sauce! I sent them back for a re-do. 5 minutes later the waitress comes back with 4 wings, obviously they were the same ones I sent back, they were cold!!!! I couldnt believe it...I sent them back and ended the night with an empty stomach! Unbelievable. They lost a few customers as word will go around. Also, their fries are horrible! On another note most of the Karaoke singers were very talented.

I wouldnt even give this place one star. My husband and I were kicked out over tipping our stools against the bar (to hold our spots while going outside for a smoke). The owners "brother" or whoever violently grabbed me while I tried explaining it was normal bar etiquette (to tip your stool so other patrons know youre be right back) AND forced my husband to pay for the beverages we never got to drink and proceeded to kick us out!!! Do not go here, period.

placed order for delivery repeated the order twice the young lady in the phone had me hold wasnt ready for the order ok received order missing my chips burger burnt instead of well done wing sauce all over bag and containers no buffalo on calzone $40 order down the drain called the manager says what would you like me to do really nothing now thanks a lot never again taking my business else where.

I hate this place I agree with the other person the only reason I go there I cuz its in walking distance watered down booz over priced the people that work there are terrible food is awful cant relax and just have a good time without staff harassing you like its a bar in Beverly Hills all I can say is romas is a huge waste of time and money if youre thinking about going there please think again

I love Romas! There is ALWAYS people there and its always a very friendly atmosphere. The menu is huge and has such a wide range from typical bar food like chicken wings, burgers and pizza to nice, REAL and creative dishes like the salmon and steaks. They just got new pool tables and a new juke box machine and the monday night football here is the BEST around! Really fun place - I love it!

I came in here to eat the other day and there were flies all over the place. They leave the door and the back window open all day long and bugs kept flying in. Theres nothing worse than getting a pizza and a big fat fly lands on it. Id be scared to see what the kitchen looks like. Ill never eat there again.

This place is terrible in all ways. takes over an hour for delivery than delivers the wrong food. Than doesnt deliver the right food until an hour later. the lady on the phone tells me wheni said ill never do business with them again " ok thats fine there is other customers for us that will pay for food "
