I ordered a chicken parmesan platter for my staff members. I placed the order yesterday and repeatedly said it was to be delivered for Friday 8-5-11 at 11:30am. They delivered the platter about an hour after I hung up the phone. WTF?! The delivery woman showed me he receipt WHICH CLEARLY stated it was an order for FRIDAY not THURSDAY. she apologized and took it back, Friday comes...I get the chicken parmesan with I swear to God ants in the sauce. I called enraged not only because of the ants, but then they didnt even deliver plates or utensils. When I called to complain, the man said "well maam you never mentioned you needed plates and stuff and as for the alleged ants, I can only apologize." Isnt it COMMON SENSE if your delivering pasta to a PUBLIC PARK for a party that you include those items. Im certain that the chicken and ant parmesan was from the previous days screw up. I would never recommend his place...EVER

I ordered a grinder, they brought me the wrong one. The delivery guy handed me everything and sat there talking on the phone while I tried to balance everything to sign the receipt. That night I got awfully sick from there food so the next morning when I called to complain, the manager argued with me every which way and lied to me saying he was the one who took my order when it was not him because he has a heavy accent and the man that took my order did not have a heavy accent. Dont waste your time or money on this place unless you want to stay home sick.

we moved back into this area about a year ago. Since we moved here, we have ordered from Royal Pizza numerous times. Each time has always been pleasant. The food has always been good. Royals has the best wings in town. I dont know what they do to the wings, but they are very unique. We almost always order delivery, and every time, the food has been fresh. Royals makes the best salads if you are dieting. I will continue to order from Royals while we are here, and recommend them to others

Your average pizza and grinder place. The prices are good but I find the sauce and meatballs on the salty side. Great late night hours. I order occasionally after a late work day and dont feel like cooking. Run by hard working Indians who are nice once you get to know them. Its a run down area and place, suitable only for takeout/delivery. Their pizza and salad isnt anything special.

I hate the experience i had to wait an hour and thirty minutes for my meal for what was suppose to be a fast delivery the service was not worth the twenty dollars and almost 2 hour wait i would not order here if i were you there are far better pizza restaurants with better service and trully good food royal pizza will not cheat me again for sutch lack luster food and service

Poor service, I wish I could understand their terrible english, there wasnt any menu on display unless I asked for one, takes too long when there was no one there when I 1st arrived there. Prices are fair, but placing their junk near the tables ruins the clean atmosphere.

Did not like the guy who took my order Id try to give him my order and then I wasnt done he told me to hurry up I have other order to do he was really rude didnt Finnish ordering and iv been going there for years I like the food but bad customers service smh

placed an order for delivery and it was never delivered. then when I try calling no one answers the phone. terrible business if you ask me never will be buying from this place again nor suggesting it to anybody. waste of my time and money.

I have been eating their pizza for many years, they have good pizzas, grinders and good chicken wings, their friendly hard working people, they havent let me down yet so I doubt theyll let you down
