Tried to eat there on Friday August 18, 2017 It was the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food establishment. First off It was filthy the tables were disgusting food on the floor. Secondly it took ten minutes to place my order and there were only two people in front of me. Once I placed my order (the five dollar box special ) after waiting 20 minutes and I asked "where is my order" and they asked me what I ordered I told them and they went in the back where the food is prepared for a few minutes and came back to me and asked to see my receipt. I showed them and they went back again and said it would be out soon. Now Im getting pissed off so another person asked to see my receipt and see said that my order was late because the drive through window was busy. About five minutes passed and I said to the person at the counter Im out of here, keep the $5.32 I will NEVER EVER EVER go near that DUMP again. I hope the people at Taco Bell read this and close this business down. I wish I could have given it no stars.

I went here today and there was literally one customer inside and no cars in the drive-thru. I pulled up to the menu board and literally waited 5 mins and got no acknowledgement from anyone over the microphone. I think I saw the drive thru guy smoking as I pulled in as he had a headset on but thats beside the point. I eventually pulled away as I figured no person was on the other side of that mic. I have put up with this TB/KFC for many years granting them leeway because they are in a busy location, but this latest thing cemented the fact that Im never going back there...I understand its fast food but the inability to even take an order should send up red flags and whoever owns this franchise should have it revoked seriously...all they do is replace crappy employees with other crappy employees and give both franchises a bad name. Dont go here...they dont care at all.

Honestly I don’t even know where to begin… This place is a hot mess.. The very few times I’ve been there I had to wait foreverrrrr to get my food and they almost always screw up my order… Fast forward… I haven’t been there in months & today I decided to go on my lunch break & what a disaster… I waited in the drive thru to order 2 tacos & cookies… I drive off & realized they forgot my cookies… Again, I had to wait another 15 minutes to get them. I finally sit down to eat at my office and the order was completely wrong. I immediately called them a gave them a piece of my mind. I spoke to Jackie who is the new assistant manager who was very nice, however it doesn’t change the fact that I wasted money & now I have to order delivery… Everyone at this location needs to get fired!!! It’s a disgrace to the food chain…

This Taco Bell / KFC sucks I went to this place on May 13th 2012 late afternoon and order some mexican pizza with beans minus beef and some chalupas they took almost 20 minutes to make it and it was not that busy either. I patiently waited and when finally I got my order I realised they made it with beef since I am vegan I do not eat beef so i went to say to this the lady who took the order she was like I made a mistake while ordering it instead of apology she started blaming on me and was saying dont talk to me I was so fed up after a long wait and the wrong food I said give me the refund and guess their manager took another 3 minutes to refund and no courtesy or apology. YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES REGULARLY.

This is by far the worst of both of these establishments. The owners , managers , and employees should be embarrassed to even admit they have anything to do with this place..... they are slow. Rude. Inconsistant. They leave signage up advertising things they arent even selling anymore . I walked in once and was told they didnt have any food.......0.0... excuse me? How do you even stay open? They cant wrap a burrito to save their lives..... how hard is it to fold in the ends? Needless to say Im officially done with this place and will not rest until this place is shut down. No one should have to deal with the bs that occurs at this place.

Again visited 7/25/16 and stuffed 3 tacos and nachos and extra Jesse in a paper sandwich bag sized bag, all my tacos were cracked. Awful, plus the 20 min drive through wait when only two cars in front of me. 1st review: Beyond awful. Empty drive thru order took 15 minutes. Got my drink wrong, didnt give me the extras I ordered and paid for, stuffed 3lbs of food in an overflowing paper bag that ripped and fell to the ground as the transfer to my car occurred. Why they didnt put my order in on bigger bag made no sense. They were rude and laughed. Never again

Gross! No line but they make you wait to place your order. Most of the employees are just walking in circles in the back, singing. There was a loud employee on her cell phone, on speaker. The bathroom was horrible, nasty rat size ball of pubic hair ball on the floor, lettuce in the sink, urine on the toilet seat and no toilet paper. I had to ask the guy at the counter for napkins. The food was stall and greasy! This place should be shut down

I don’t know how many times I come here and my order is incorrect. I say soft taco, they give me hard. I say Chalupa and it’s not cooked fully. I said no sour cream I get a glob of it spread throughout the burrito. This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have even been to. Horrible Drive through service! I’ve worked at Taco Bell for 4 years before I quit and got a better Job, any every store I worked at NEVER had this type of horrible service.

The service at this location is always horrible. Slow beyond belief. Though they have gotten more courteous lately, the service is still at a snails pace and the food seems sub-standard, compared to other Taco Bell locations. Half the time they dont even have their exterior lights on at night, including their drive through menu signs. The last few times Ive been, Ive left saying it would be the last time. This time, I will not be back.

i swear they put my food in a refrigerator before giving it to me... it was nasty & COLD food, why was my food so cold??? my burritos where literally square-shape-folded an when i called to complain the manager accused me of calling over 20 times (obviously another mad customer has been calling incessantly) why do blacks always do crappy stuff??? seriously when a restaurant has all-black employees things are usually bad.

Long wait lines for fast food. all the employees should be fired. food is mostly moist, falls apart. they talk to you with an additude. if ever there was an argument for why fast food workers shouldnt get a raise, this is the place. since when does a drive through take 20-30 minutes? its been this way for years and they need to fire and re-hire all the staff with decent workers. Management should feel some shame.
