Every one of my dining experiences at Ming Feng Chinese Restaurant has been outstanding and wonderful. I started out just ordering chicken on a stick and chicken nuggets which were the most delicious I have every had anywhere. Then I tried their combo plates like Pork Egg Foo Yung and Shrimp Mei Fun. Both are seasoned and cooked to perfection. (My favorite is Shrimp Mei Fun). From their tasty soups, steamed dumplings, spare ribs, and spring rolls to their Teriyaki beef, General Tsos chicken, Szechuan wild pepper with shrimp, and Seafood Delight, everything I order is fantastic! Everything tastes fresh and is reasonably priced for this quality of food. They will also cook to your taste. If you want extra beef in your dish or if you want something cooked without msg, theyll happily do that for you. Their chefs are incredibly talented and their staff is always professional. The owners, Jay and Phoebe, are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. Jay always has a smile and is very dedicated to his customers satisfaction. Phoebe is friendly, professional, and always researching new ideas to make her dishes better. I have NEVER had a bad or disappointing dining, take-out, or delivery experience from them! My home is in Connecticut, but my job has me travel a lot, so I have tried MANY chinese food restaurants, but this is the only one that I found worthy enough to write a review for. In conclusion, I would whole-heartedly recommend Ming Feng Chinese Restaurant to everyone and anyone who wants deliciously satisfying food, at a very fair price, cooked and prepared superbly, and served within a friendly atmosphere with a friendly smile.

We have been LONG time customers of this restaurant, over 8+years. Been ordering from them since they just about opened. Always been big fans, descent food at a descent price. Well-NO more. I ordered from Yelp Eat24 tonight, I was given a coupon code at sign up for $5 off an order. I placed a $20 order, the coupon applied in my checkout and order confirmation email. I entered my credit card info thinking I paid. I got to the restaurant to pick up the food. The young man informed me there was an upcharge to get lo-mein with my teriyaki plate ( it has ALWAYS come with noodles. But I agreed to pay) He than charged me for the order, saying it was not pre paid. I agreed to pay, thinking it was my mistake. Than a woman (owner?) came out and said they made a mistake the order was prepaid. Ok , I can live with a mistake. They refunded the payment taken in the store. Now comes the deal breaker. She proceeded to give me a bill to sign for the full amount minus the $5 coupon. I explained the coupon, showed her my receipt. She began to scream at me in a lobby full of people how they dont give $5 coupons. We went back and forth several times. Ultimately after a humiliating exchange with her yelling at me more, and another employee joining the argument I left without the food explaining how that is no show of customer service to refuse to honor a promotion from a site they choose to participate with, especially for a long time customer. I will never return to this place, and suggest you dont either. Milford has LOTS of Chinese food options and perhaps those care about their customers.

I hope this is the same restaurant inside the KMART/Ocean State Job lot shopping complex in Milford,CT. I had the most awful experience there when I went over there in March 2011 .The lady who manages this place is extremely rude to the indian-origin people (Asian Indian). I kept standing there waiting for her to respond as she was on the phone.Then a white lady walked in and immediately this manager turned into all smiles and started explaining to her about their menu spread. I just reminded the lady that I was ahead on the queue and she curtly handed over the menu card and a pencil and said "mark what you want". I just walked out after letting her know what i thought about her behaviour. I rarely take such racial behavior and that coming from an other immigrant community is totally unacceptable.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order. I ordered General Tsos Shrimp w pork fried rice and some fantail shrimp as an appetizer. The taste was very good and not heavy like some places. Many places who carry General Tsos shrimp create a shabby alternative substituting sweet n sour shrimp doused in General Tsos sauce but this restaurant had fresh shrimp lightly coated with a delicious not syrupy sauce just like them. I recommend you give them a try.

I ordered vegetable chow mien and it came with vegetable and fried chips. I claimed that it is apparently not noodle, they insisted that I ordered the wrong thing even though I searched on Google what chow mien looks like, none of them are fried chips... I gave them 2 star because they sent me fried noodle after I claimed, to make up for the mistake.

Consistently good food...does suffer from being located in the once thriving (1985) but now derelict Kmart shopping center...have been getting take out there for many years and have never eaten the food and thought...maybe not ...maybe never again.. There are better chinese restaurants in area, but for convenience and quality, it cant be beat ..

Called to order and the person taking my order very disrespectful n telling me to hurry up im wasting his time n he has other costumers..my response im a costumer too. n i was not angry responding back n he said i was on the phone a half hr but it was only 5 minutes..i really wanted that chinese food

Excellent Chinese take out! Everything is standard americanized Chinese food, and it is done very well with high quality ingredients. My wife and I have ordered from them for years and have always been very happy. The family that runs it is very nice and sweet couple with kids.
