I have ordered from this restaurant twice and both times were terrible. The food was decent, nothing to write home about but thats not my problem. The delivery driver was the RUDEST person I have ever met in my life. He got upset with me because he couldnt find my house and then when he came to the door he was using all kinds of profanity because he felt as if I should have gave better directions as to where my house was. I gave my address and left my porch light on so the driver could see the house number. After the driver was so disrespectful he then walked off with my food and got back into his car. I had already paid for my order via phone so that is the only reason I made the driver come back to my door. I called the restaurant after the whole ordeal had taken place and all they told me was I should have made my house more visible for the driver. Really?! Needless to say I will never order from them again. After looking at several other reviews on this place it isnt very popular anyway.

Terrible service! I use to enjoy eating from them. Until my order was wrong. And after giving the driver a $3 tip I was furious with the snyed remark I got from the young worker when I required about my order.I wont order from them again. if I order something on the side I want something on the side I order for a large broccoli in General Tsos chicken they charge me $25 and gave me 6 broccoli around my General Tsos chicken. Good may be good but they dont respect their customers I refuse to spend my money on that

The delivery guy is RUDE! After waiting for my food for about an HOUR, I have it delivered and the guy is a complete ass. No one told him to be a delivery guy, if he doesnt like being a delivery driver he needs to quit. I called the restaurant and complained they havent spoken to him yet.

They provided terrible service. I placed an order and waited forever. When I kept calling asking about the order they were rude and discourteous. And in the end they never showed up. NEVER ORDER HERE!!! And its not like their food is worth it anyway.

Food is very good here! Chicken wings, eggrolls, rice, boneless ribs are awesome! friendly, open late every day, and free soda(s) if you spend certain amounts...no one else does that around here.

I love it!! Their chicken egg foo young is the best ever!! Not as greasy and nasty as a few other places I tried in the greater new haven area
