Came here looking for coffee and tea, ended up staying for lunch. Such a cool place inside to hang out or work! They have a wide range of menu options, and their prices are very reasonable compared to a place like Panera or Starbucks. The help was well trained and when I mentioned ordering with a gluten allergy they were very knowledgeable immediately about what I could and couldnt have and exactly what ingredients were in certain foods. Their freshly brewed iced tea was very well made. Portions were a little large, the curried chicken salad I ordered was tasty but I had to pack up half for later. Only feedback would be adding markings on boards next to menu items for what could be made gluten free (GF) or vegetarian (V). Since I didnt see these symbols or that there were gluten free offerings I almost walked out without ordering anything.

This place is awful. The food is very expensive for the portions you are given and the staff is run by young kids. The young immature staff acts as if you are bothering them if you try to get their attention. Barbara and Neal are rude and abrupt to their customers as well. Honestly, not sure how this place is still in business. It needs some new owners and management. This place deserves ZERO STARS.

New England Emporium is a great place to stop by at all times of the day. Their savory crepes are delectable and will keep you full all day long! The atmosphere is super chill and the service is great. I recommend posting up against the windows so you can people watch along Main Street.

Why get rid of pancakes and crepes? Why? I understand new ownership/management but this is a huge disappointment! Have come here many times and think it is a nice place and the adult grilled cheeses are amazing but seriously at 10am how can a breakfast place not serve pancakes???

Very nice place, very friendly! Stopped in for breakfast for something different. They had some unique selections, I had the main street omelet, was happy with my choice. Id go back and recommend this place to others. Staff is awesome

Ordered catering for sisters graduation party. The owner messed everything up and couldnt find the order. It finally was fixed by a younger manager who took over and fixed everything. The owner is incompetent and didnt even apologize.

Not my first choice for breakfast but probably my second. Im never disappointed in the food. Beautiful spot to get warm and have a cup of coffee- if its snowing sit by the window and watch the snow come down.

This is a fantastic little spot in downtown Middletown. They have a great menu and some really nice people behind the counter. Id recommend trying this place if youre ever walking around downtown.
