The employees are great and friendly people. Management is terrible. Ive seen managers walk out during busy times leaving the employees to handle a long line alone. I work across the street from this location and have seen hourly managers on extended breaks in my restaurant when I can clearly see their employees struggling out my window. Ive seen the employees stay a couple hours after closing to finish work that the manager on duty was supposed to have helped them with. Subway is a great company but the management team here for lack of better words, sucks.
