I am a daily Starbucks drinker (Im not kidding, sometimes I even go there twice in one day) and I have been to many Starbucks locations and this is by far the best one I have been to. Especially thanks to one of the employees there, Joy, who went above and beyond. Working in customer service myself, I respect and admire this tremendously. She was extremely friendly and kind, and went out of her way to make sure not only I, but everyone there had the best experience possible. The overall staff was good, but Joy is the reason I would go out of my way to return to this location. I was ordering coffee for myself and my team at work had put in a mobile order for two drinks (accidentally sending it to the wrong location, the one on the Avenue). This was absolutely entirely our faults but I explained the situation to the staff at Starbucks, and Joy was quick to say to not even worry and she would just make the drinks for me. Being a regular customer at Starbucks, I was so happy to hear this and so relieved as I was already running a little late for work. She was happy to do this for me and go out of her way, when she could have just simply told me she couldnt do anything as we sent the order to the wrong location. She even apologized for my situation, even though it was entirely my fault. This simple act of kindness this morning made me realize why I (and my entire team at my job) order from Starbucks daily. I normally never write reviews, but I felt this was necessary and Joy absolutely deserves getting the recognition for her hard work that she deserves. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Couldnt be more pleased with this location (especially thanks to Joy) The Starbucks on the Avenue is closer to my work, but I will be making the trip to go out of my way to get my coffee at this location! For a Starbucks it gets: Parking: 5/5. Never had trouble Store: 4/5. Sometimes clutter in back room, trash frequently over full. Can find seating most of the time. Staff: 4/5. Most are friendly and make effort to remember your name. Some seem a little stand-offish at times Wait: 3/5. Not terrible but during high traffic areas it can definitely get congested. At these times I order ahead on the app Food preparation: 4.5/5. Usually en pointe but there are a few baristas who do not consistently use same amount of ice, milk, etc. so Ive noticed some variation in the drinks at times.

Annoying..went here two days in a row and both days..no staff was marking cups with customers names or some ways to identify. They just filled orders and set all cups on counter together. Customers having to guess which one was which. When asked which one was mine I did not get an answer. I come to Starbucks because they offer soy, due to a milk allergy.. Mixing up cups where I would end up with milk could be disasterous. Please tell your employees to mark cups.

If you dont want to pay for, or struggle to find a spot on Greenwich ave, this location is great. A bit smaller, not much seating, but you will be in-n-out a bit faster. Order ahead to really speed up the process :)

Small and tons of clutter in the back near the restrooms. Otherwise a normal version of the chain. Has a Clover. Parking challenging due to the Whole Foods on the other end of the strip mall (but fine off hours)
