I love Einstein Bagels! The employees there are great, very friendly and helpful! If it is really busy, especially on the weekends, sometimes it can take a few minutes for my order to be ready but thats typical of the food business. Hands down, they have the best bagels! They are very soft and fresh, and come in over 20 flavors. My favorites are the pretzel and cinnamon sugar bagels.

I ordered a turkey wrap. I got a wrap w/ just tomatoes and no turkey! And it took forever just to get that! I tell the person that there was no turkey on my wrap and she tells me not to get an attitude with her. She calls over the manager but says the manager is eating lunch and wont come up! Absolutely horrible service. I will NEVER go there again!

I am a regular customer. All the employees are regularly happy and there service shows they care. However, I do notice there are customers that come in that are completly rude and nasty. Most of the employees take that to heart. Overall this place is great and I enjoy coming in.

Bagels are always fresh. I am usually getting the turkey sandwich on a garlic bagel but today. I just had a onion with a smear and a slice of tomato.
