The onion rings and fries where awesome but the employee are not that great one guy was to busy goofing off that all employees who where working where getting there order mixed up a little because he was messing it up. He literally almost messed up my order until the chef called him out on almost giving my sandwhich away to another order. Goofball handed me my order then he turned around and had conversation with other employees he failed to add my sides I had to demand it after another employee asked what else he can do for me. Bathroom was not that clean it was okay. I noticed an employee sitting down with a rag not cleaning or doing anything she was watching tv. At first i thought she was waiting to clean my table but after I left the table and went to use the bathroom I came back to exit the door the employee was still there watching tv and doing nothing the table i previous occupied still not clean. I rate it low due to bad employee and not to my clean standard of bathroom. FYI other guess also say the bathroom is just okay and that it could be better

Purchased a chili dog and a combo #7 through the drive up.pulled of into parking lot to eat.started with chili dog..unwrapped it only to find that they only put some sauce but no chili.so i took it back in and showed the cashier..he was puzzled and took it to the manager who fixed it.she looks at and decides to grab the dog with her hand and try to stuff it in another bun and slap some chili on it...i told her no way not after u grab it with ur hand please make me a fresh chili dog..she turns around and blurts out i just came on my shift and everything we make is fresh..i said can u just make a new chili dog..now she cops an attitude so much so the cook had to tell her to be quiet and just give the man another chili dog...at this point there was nothing more to say...when i recieved my new..fresh chili dog i spoke to another manager who apologized and served me..f.y.i i had not taken a single bite out of the chili less hot dog.

Duchess is great! Its the best fast food chain I have ever been to (and Ive had my fair share of those!) Duchess is a proud Connecticut staple and serves high quality meat in all their burgers, hotdogs, and chicken. Their chicken nuggets and curly fries are especially exceptional. And they even have spaghetti! I have never disliked anything Ive gotten at Duchess. In my many experiences with this restaurant, I have always received delicious, non-greasy food, along with a clean and comfortable place to dine-in. Duchess is a unique fast food restaurant in that the quality is not hindered by quantity-- portions are satisfying and also a pleasure to eat. And with the many different options to choose from their menu, Duchess is a sure bet for anyone whos looking for great, quick food at reasonable prices.

I got a foot long dog with chili sourkrout sauerkraut american cheese and bacon just like i would at any other drive in fast food restaurant but boy was this one just so salty the french fries get a 5 all day they where hot and fresh and the deli sandwich was ok the cheese looked a little fry but other then that my mom enjoyed it all together with a medium drink came up to about $16 the lady at the register was very nice and helpful

Pulled pork sandwich is good. Very disappointed about being charged an extra 50 cents for pickles (on the side) so I can put them on my sandwich. Which came from the person in the kitchen, not our friendly host S Bradley (who was very polite about it). Is this the same as burgers? May not be back.

This is a simple, no-fuss burger and hot dog local chain restaurant that also serves breakfast and dinner specials. The restaurant interior is rather drab but if youre just going for the food, its not a bad deal and the restaurant remains open a bit later than most restaurants in the area.

Other then the bacon egg and cheese being ok , I waited 20 minutes in drive thru to get it, with only two other cars I front of me , I mean really, were they waiting for the egg to hatch ,farmers to make the cheese , the wIt is always ridiculous , busy or not

Most bang for your fast food buck. Only downside is that it takes almost as long as a "non-fast food" meal to prepare. The burgers are great but, my personal favorite is the long dog with chili can cheese. This place just feels like home.

Burger tastes like cardboard, worst strawberry shake i had in years. A long wait for something that hardly can be called food. I would have to be rude to accurately describe the staff.
