I booked my sons first Communion party here at Taorminas about a month ago. I just called the owner to discuss the last minute minor details with him regarding the menu and he turns around and tells me he has to charge me triple than what we discussed because he had another party who has 40 people, just call to book with him that he would prefer to do because he would get more money. He knows I am a single mother and I cant afford this change. I had to cancel with him and now have to start all over. I have to call all my guests since I already sent out the invitations and try to find another restaurant to have his First Communion. He is a horrible business man and doesnt keep his word when making parties and price details. I will never go back and never recommend him. I am so upset as its last minute and many restaurants are already booked. Do not go to him to book anything. He wont keep his word and will change everything on you last minute just to make more money.

This is the kind of local, cozy, high-quality, casual restaurant I love going to most. Im a good cook myself, and if Im going to go out to eat, I expect the food to be better than what I can make. At Taormina, that is ALWAYS the case. I dont know what magic they use, but it hits the spot every time. Please try this restaurant and then return often, because it deserves lots of business!! Down with chain restaurants, and UP with places like Taormina!

Always welcoming and smiling. This Italian restaurant is a nice cozy spot to get your favorite Italian meals at such huge variety. My personal favorite their chicken Francese is what I always get. They are also renown for their amazing pizzas. Rico and his team are on top of it, cant beat the service!! And very open to special requests so dont be shy!! Give it a shot ....its well worth it !!!

My family has been coming here for years. My husband and I are Friday night regulars for their pizza and wine. Their main course dinners are delicious and extremely consistent. I like Veal Francese and theirs is without a doubt the best around. This restaurant is very cozy and welcoming with a staff and owner who are extremely friendly. I Highly recommend this little jewel!

I love the service. The owners are lovely. Michelle is a darling lady on the wait staff. I cant complain about this place. Food is par excellence! Desserts are divine. The Italian atmosphere is really warm and inviting. Its tiny, and I love it for that! Pasta, seafood, salads, pizza, its all marvelous!

The ambience of the restaurant was really nice and very appropriately lit that made it very cozy. Since we were vegetarians, we didnt have a whole lot to choose from but our waitress was kind enough to customize something for us and get us our dinner. The dessert (tiramisu) was cool.
