This is indian food for non-indian people. This is exciting food for my two year old who doesnt know the difference between her hand and chicken kadai. I ordered vegetable pulao tonite and although the menu said it came with paneer the order they gave me did not. I guess they thought I was non-indian so I wouldnt know the difference. I called the restaurant and the manager said it doesnt come with paneer so I said look at your menu. Immediately (he didnt look at the menu) he said he would send another one out. If they would have at least said they made a mistake I would have given them another star.

VERY PLEASED!!! JUST did an internet order take-out lunch and the food was freshly made with the naan hot and moist. (Ask them to butter the naan if youre not counting calories.) Ample servings too. Chili spice is on the hot side, so If youre not used to lots of chili - order it spiced light or not at all. (My lunch was medium - more than enough!) Thank you - we will order again soon!

We recently got our house party catering done by Mumbai Times. Each and every dish prepared was delicious and flavor-full. Their service and care was phenomenal and truly extra-ordinary. I think they have the best food and service in Fairfield County. Thank you Mumbai times and Tarun and Aman for making our party so successful. Without your help , we could not have done it.

This is just for carry out. The food is soooo good here. We have an eclectic household with one vegan, one gluten free, a pescatarian...and Mumbai Times gets 5 stars from everyone. Especially the Lasooni Gobi (garlicky fried cauliflower) saag paneer and the fish dishes. And we alllllways have leftovers.

Great staff, very considerate. Ordered a large banquet takeout meal for 8 and told them one person hashould a severe garlic allergy and they made certain dishes for us without garlic and labeled any tray/sauce that had garlic. Nice extra level of service. Food is always great here 5*

The Mumbai times in cos cob Connecticut is the best Indian food you can get outside of India. The chicken condapur is sensational, along with everything else on the menu. If your looking for an incredible place to have lunch or dinner, the Mumbai times is for you!

We tried the malai kofta and poori to suit my vegetarian diet. Both were pretty delicious. Poori was not the usual oil dripping kind that we get in restaurants. Service was good too!
