Horrible service. The lady at the counter did not know how to cancel items and or modify an order. At the end she even insulted me in spanish. Thank god the food there is delicious. The bread will make you feel like you are home in PR.

A little piece of PR in a store. I just wish they had a place to sit and eat there. Maybe spruce up the place a little more to make it feel more inviting and traditional.
