Good bagels, breakfast and reasonable prices. The negative I see is the big turn over for front counter staff, its like new staff every few weeks, some employees some seem bit disgruntled and unhappy. There was a young lady who appeared friendly and very clean but she didnt last long. When I go in I maneuver myself to avoid getting the young tall white guy (I think he usually works in the kitchen) whose dirty clothes make me little weary. I got unlucky on Tuesday (11/08/16) early morning, he was alone with a female employee and I got him! Every time I tried to take bite of the egg sandwich he made, his clothes and appearance came to mind, had to dump it. Its a good place and I will take a chance again, will just wait in the car and go in at the right person is at the front.

On a rainy day in search of breakfast, I was attracted by a sign in the window that read "Best Egg Sandwich Ever". I pulled into the lot, stepped in a puddle getting my feet soaked, and wandered in wet. I placed my order for two scrambled eggs with bacon. The service was really slow. After waiting ages, I got my sandwich and stormed out. This story has a happy ending though. It really was the best egg sandwich ever. Imnot kidding. The roll was fresh baked, the eggs were fluffy, and the bacon was cooked to perfection. I can only imagine it being meticulously prepared in the back. I would happily wait for a sandwich like that again and again. You should too.

Ordered food through GrubHub, on a random weekday. Food was ordered at 10am. It just never arrived to my house, pretty much gave up on it coming after 12pm. There was a GrubHub phone number and a google phone number for their bagel shop. I called both non stop and no one wanted to pick the phone up, one number went straight to voicemail. Lousy service and communication, will never get food from here again.

Best bagels, egg sandwiches and pastries around!! The staff is very welcoming and friendly as well which is a huge plus. Also, dont avoid the guys who work in the kitchen for service as well just because their shirts have flour on them from making bagels and everything else they do! I would highly recommend Holbrook Bagel Bakery to everyone!

The worst doughnutsI have ever gotten. Dough was dry, jelly and Boston cream had 1 tablespoon of filling (I measured it). Will never patronize this place again!

Must be partners with Bagel Brothers. What a dirty dump. Employees disgruntled. Service bad. Paid for sandwich and threw it out. Better safe than sorry
