Unbelievably poor service, not only so slow but the staff was beyond rude. We had ordered the brick chicken for dinner and the soft shell crab arrived -- we promptly told the waitress the dish was incorrect and she handled it in the most innaprirate manner. She didnt apaologize for the incorrect dish, and was so reluctant to replace it for us. She then returned to her staff clearly talking about our table making it seem as though it was our fault. To top it off the food was mediocre and took forever to receive. At the end of the meal we had to tell the waitress when we received the check we didnt feel it was right that nothing was comped. Never coming back and not recommending this establishment to our lake waramaug neighbors.

Every single menu item Of tried has always been absolutely Amazing here. the menu is constantly changing and made with local ingredients. the ambiance is SO warm and the staff is amazing as well. If told of a special event when making reservations, they add such special touches without even asking. my hands down favorite place to eat!
