Been coming here from the beginning. Over the last couple of months, the portions and friendliness have decreased. Last visit was the last. No soap in the bathrooms, no towels, and the portions were small. When asked for a larger portion of chicken since they had given me half a ladle of the last bit. I was told that I would have to pay more. Im concerned that someone running the Pueblo store doesnt appreciate the hundreds of times that we have visited and spent our money . The place lacks leadership and quality employees who care about what they are doing. Love Chipotle food but not the attitude that goes with it in Pueblo. I could eat at Chipotle every day if I could get past the feeling of getting ripped off on portion sizes and unappreciative employees.

I have eaten at Chipotles in at least five states and many cities including Denver, and this particular Chipotles is by far the most stingy and runny. Although some of the people who work there seem nice there is one man who is just rude and impatient. This is the third time Ive been to this Chipotle, and its the same every time. Its sad, because I love me some tasty Chipotles, but I wont be wasting my time and money at this one again. This was the first time Ive ever thrown out a significant portion of my meal. Since this is the only one in Pueblo, Ill just have to wait until I visit friends in other cities to enjoy good Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Im really not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. Im in out of state and have been here twice in the last week, once for lunch and once for dinner, had different staff both times, and been equally impressed both times. The helpings were MORE than generous, the place was clean, and the workers were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. Ive been to at least 10 different Chipotles in 7 states and this one is actually one of the best Ive been to. I never leave reviews but because these ones are so off base from what Ive experienced, I felt like I had to.

We love Chipotle and have eaten at many different locations. This one seems to small to take care of the business they get. I wish that they would open another Chipotle in Pueblo West or Canon City. We live in Canon City and would really love to have a Chipotle here. This location is always so busy and crowded. Many times we have been there and there is no place to sit, the line is always very long. But service is good once you get your turn to order. The employees seem happy to be working there and food is always good Too. Please give us another Chipotle .

Visited Chipotle on 9/24/17, order #333. Cashier needs to learn that there often is several people could be trying to place the order. There was three of us in our party. She started to ring up the order, repeated what I ordered after I told her that there was three people who are on my ticket. No one needs to be rushed. Ordered chips with guacamole, was charged for it and I had to tell her three times that I had not received it. Cashier was way to eager to get us off the line.

I have never been to a Chipotle like this one. I frequent Chipotles where ever I go but this one is horrible. Unfortunately its on my way home from work so I stop here occasionally. Every time but one they are out of something, most times its multiple items. Items such as taco shells, brown rice, chicken and fajita mixture. This location sucks, to say the least. Two weeks later went in again 7/12/17. No chicken or steak and no corn salsa. Wow

KARMA does exist. Showed up at 9:58pm. One of the girls ran to the door and locked it as I was walking to the door. She then walked away laughing to the other employees. That is completely rude and NOT professional. I was alone and would have been out in a couple of minutes. She could have been respectful and courteous enough to tell me that they were closing. I guess immaturity levels are not gauged when employing people at this location.

Prices are way high, they are so high that I only eat here maybe once every 6 month if that, the good is great love they chicken burrito and its a large burrito too but even for the size Id rather them cut down size and knock a few dollars off too!! Customer service is okay not the best, but its fine, only real complain is the price! And sometimes it gets so busy the line is all the way to the door! Great burritos, high prices.

I travel, and chipotle is always my go-to. This location, however, is below average. Their corn tortillas were very undercooked 2 days in a row. Also chicken wasnt seasoned like it normally is. It was more bland. The cooks just need to follow the recipes and instructions and it will be awesome like most other locations

I am bewildered why Pueblo doesnt have any Qdobas, but Chipotle is the next best thing, and this location has not disappointed. Can be very busy at times, but service is always fast, friendly, and efficient. Ive never had a bad experience here aside from one very understandable mixup.

So the service is quick but its honestly too fast. I would like to feel like my food is being cared for, not just slapped together. The serving spoons need to be smaller or the employees need to learn how to properly portion. Nobody needs a whole cup of sour cream on their burrito.

Ive been critical of Chipotle because of portioning and customer service issues; however, over 2017, the quality service and large servings have been the norm this year. Thanks for the positive direction. I love your food and am again enjoying the experience of eating with you.

This one chipotle sucks. They always have an attitude if I want to customize my order. Theyve rolled their eyes at me and tried to stack on things that I dont want. Im sick of this one. I really wont go to another chipotle. This is ridiculous..

Regardless of the recent bad publicity, Chipotle delivers fresh ingredients and meat that is tested to show the least antibiotic use out of most fast food chains. Other than the flour tortillas, all of their ingredients are gluten free.

Great service, food is great And the way they cook it is always neat to watch. I just recommend people put more seasoning on after its cooked cause the cook uses alot if water on the grill and washes away a bunch of your seasoning.

No one behind the counter knew what to do. One girl didnt even know how to fold the burritos. Burned quesadilla, left food sitting on counter and walked away. Came back and started other orders. Ive never seen chipotle this bad!

Usually a short wait but nice staff and usually fairly clean. One time there was a crazy fight on the patio outside and a chair was thrown against the glass and someone got pretty messed up but apart from that its usually chill.

Chipotle is always good and this one was one of the best Ive had! Clean, easy to find and fast. Loved my burrito. You can even see them cooking the meats behind the line. Very much recommend for a healthier fast food option.
