Do not waste your time time or money. The order was delived over an hour past the promised delivery time. Therefore the pizza was cold and soggy. The wings retained some heat, but were unsatisfactory as well. I called to check on the order after it was 25 minutes late and was told only 15 more minutes. 35 minutes later, the pizza arrived. We recieved no Ranch with our order, and when I asked for some, I was told "No, you didnt order any." This was incredibly rude to hear from the delivery person and I had to point out on the receipt that there was in fact Ranch on the order. Of course, the delivery person informed me that she didnt have any Ranch on hand. In fact, the whole store was out of Ranch. This was not expressed to us when we ordered. she tried to give me $2 back for the inconvenience, but I was already frustrated with the responses I had received and the lateness of the pizza so I declined. It felt really fake and rude. I asked why the pizza was so late and it was explained that the delivery person had flat tire. While I cannot prove the validity of this claim, I was able to find other reviews of this store where "late" and "short a delivery driver" is a common occurrence. Based on the lateness, and lies about the ranch, I would never recommend this place, even if I was offered a compete and free replacement of our meal, including a refund.

Our visit took place on 8/23/17: We were very disappointed with the service. In fact there was no service to speak of. The restaurant had approximately 3 tables with customers dining in. There were three employees behind the counter and the phone was quiet most of the time we were there. Us and the other tables there pretty much served ourselves. We had to go to the counter to get our drinks, plates and silverware. The only time anyone came to our table was to take our order AFTER we got their attention. Upon paying there wasnt a soul in sight behind the counter until an employee rounded the corner, saw us and went to find someone to ring us up. The person cashing out our order even said "Im sorry you guys didnt get the attention you deserved". I appreciate her acknowledging that fact but wed have appreciated it more if wed have been properly taken care of in the first place so she wouldnt have had to apologize for the sub-par service we received.

Stopped in about 8pm on a Saturday night there was only 2 people in the entire restaurant and they were already eating. We had to ask where to sit and was told to just sit anywhere. After waiting 10 mins no one came to even get our drink orders. We had to go up front to get menus and to place our drink order. We sat back down and waited another 10 mins and still havent even got our drinks so at this point we got up and walked out. The service was completely horrible and there was no excuse for it since they were not busy at all! It would not surprise me if this place closes due to lazy employees and the worst customer service I have ever seen!

We were staying at a local hotel and two hours (and four phone calls trying to get hold of someone who could tell us about our order) had to suit back up, get on our motorcycle and go for Subway at 9:00 p.m. Clerk told us after two hours it must be out for delivery because its not here. Never did see (or hear) from them!

EXTREMELY unimpressed with this Pizza Hut location. What kind of restaurant employee takes half your order, interupts you mid sentence to, hold on k, lays the phone on the counter, talks to a friend for at least 10 minutes, then picks back up the phone and asks to have the entire order repeated?

Horrible service. They have one person waitressing, they offered plastic cups and silverware because they had a big crowd earlier and didnt feel like doing the dishes. They didnt refill drinks. Overall they sucked. I went twice to give them a second chance and still horrible

Terrible!!!! Only one guy was helpful, but the rest were rude and didnt make me feel comfortable at all. Mens restroom not clean and no paper towels. And the worst part: a dead fly right on the window!!!! Not coming back at this location!!!! Dont believe me?? Got pictures.

The new Manager is great.Friendly service. The place seems alot cleaner. You cant expect the best service when its busy. Small restaurants like this is usually low staffed. Common sense tells me if its busy I may have to wait.

The worst Pizza Hut Ive Ever been to! No salad bar. Very slow service.They served us with plastic knives and small to go cups. Tables were dirty and not cleared. I would not recommend them to anyone!

The manager and staff were awesome! I never knew that Pizza Hut could feel like a nice sit down restaurant till I came to this one. If you come here you get treated nice. I also like the new menu

Flies covered the place. Half of the walls were plywood. I dont think this place has ever been visited by a health inspector... The pizza was ok once it finally came out though.
