This is the first time we have ever visited a Pizza Ranch. When we got there we were greeted by a friendly young lady. She asked if we had ever been there before and gave us the instructions on how the buffet works. We found a place to sit with no issues and then got our food. I was told by a couple different people that if there was not a pizza on the buffet that I liked or there was a specific kind I would like to just let them know and they would have one made for me and brought to our table. The salad bar was well stocked which is more than I can say for most of the places I have been that have a salad bar. The pizzas were coming out the door as soon as one was gone which to me means fresh pizzas. My family did not have a bad thing to say about any of the food and trust me most of the time at least 2 of them have something to say about any place we go. The dessert pizzas were hot fresh and delicious. The employees were very friendly and quick to clear your table of dirty dishes and ask if there was anything anyone needed. The buffet and the restaurant were very clean even as the restaurant got busier. My family and I will go back again.

I love this place! All the pizza you can handle, all the drinks, salad bar, items and the best chicken dinner, too! When you walk in, you pay 1st, then if you want a special pizza, they will make it, bring the 1st couple slices to the table, and put the rest on the pizza bar. The salad bar is fresh, and has macaroni, potato and coleslaw, too along with cottage cheese, traditional lettuce salads, and toppings. THe fried chicken is the best around. I wish that they would make it 1/2 drumsticks, and 1/2 other parts, because there are a lot of kids at times, and everyone wants a drumstick. Have I forgotten the dessert bar!? Never! Their ice-cream is the best. Seriously. THE BEST! Thick, ultra creamy, and vanilla. Dessert pizzas made with fruit toppings are available, too. I hardly ever get to those, because by the time I am done with the rest, I am STUFFED! You may like the place because of their philanthropic community work, but I love them for their food! :) Bon Apetit!

I went to try the Pizza Ranch the other day and I was not impressed at all. Pizza here is disgusting. This place uses pre made freezer pizza crust and very low quality ingredients in their pizza. None of the pizza I had was any good at all and I tried almost every kind they had out on the bar. Name brand freezer pizza you get from the grocery store is as good or better than here. Their salad bar is bland and their other offerings are pretty pathetic.... A few caned veggies, instant mashed potatoes and some really dry fired chicken. The only thing good is the desert pizzas but the desert pizzas at most other pizza places that offer them are better. The price is also high considering other chains in town with good pizza that offer a pizza bar that is much better. On a side note.... Yes this is a christian chain/company etc.... My review is on the food and the food alone. This was not taken into consideration when giving them my review.

Im not a person who expects much from a buffet place, but this place was very dirty. Most of the employees were rude and ignored the trash on the floor and tables. We were at the restaurant from 530ish PM to 7 PM, pizza choice was limited, salad bar was dirty all around the edges, salad dressing was empty and spicy chicken was out the entire time we were there. My husband doesnt like buffets, but the kids talked him and the rest of our party into going. There was 10 of us and not one of us will be returning to the establishment. Our girls said the restrooms were disgusting, theyre 8, 10 and 13. Im really disappointed in a local restaurant that doesnt make any real effort to be at least a decent place to eat. I hope the owners will take the time to look into these reviews and make the necessary changes. I would hate to see it close down, not many choices in Loveland.

Went with my parents and my 2 year old son, great food besides the fried chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil. Service and amenities were lacking. They were out of coloring pages for kids, out of paper towels in the restroom (my son is afraid of hand dryers,) some of the booster seats had wipes but no bib and others had a bib but no wipes. Out of clean spoons (we had even asked the server for some and she never brought them, we had to wait for them to be restocked at the buffet 10 minutes later.) None of the employees appeared to be over 18 and Im guessing this is the first job for a lot of them and this inadequate training is going to set them up for failure in future jobs.

The food was good and we arrived at the end of the buffet time so food was beginning to age but new pizzas were added. We were told they were closing the buffet. While eating, buser came to remove dishes so we knew she was eager to clean table. We left facility and saw no other customers when we left. My wallet was accidentally left in the bench. We returned within 10 minutes and found the table bused. We inquired but no employee admitted to having my purse. Buser was called on the phone because she had left, I fear with my purse. Cameras were reviewed but unfortunately they are very poor and only show the lobby, not the eating area where my purse would have been picked up.

ordered online and when i got to the restaurant, no one was at the desk so i waited 5+ minutes until i yelled for someone in the back. during this time, people were also waiting and decided to leave. when i got my food, nothing was as i ordered it. when i received my salad, it had bacon on it so i told the woman working that im a vegetarian and could not eat it so she went back for a solid 10 minutes, came back and i asked her if she just picked the bacon off and she said yes. so i asked her to remake it and she said she couldnt remake that salad cause itd take too long so she made me a different kind which still had food on it that i requested not to have in it. not impressed.

The dessert pizza was the only thing okay here. It was dirty, some of the pizza was sitting out too long and the buffet with chicken and bisquits seemed dry and old. We were there an hour and a half before closing and they were already closing sections and vacuuming while we were eating. They took the labels off of everything so we couldnt determine what each pizza slice was. They also started to take down the dessert pizza and the dirty rag was touching the slices. They need new management, it seems like the kids working there run the show. I will never go back to this establishment unless there is new management.
