Called and asked for a reservation for 4 at 7:30pm. The girl who answered told me they are not taking reservations past 7:30pm and asked if I could make it before, she suggested 7:00pm, I took the spot hoping I could make it down from estes in time. After hitting traffic I realized we would not make it until 7:20pm, I called back and let the girl who answered the phone, Julie, know that I could not make it in time, she assured me it would be fine and to come on in. After I hung up I received a voice-mail saying they cant accept the time and to call back with questions. So I call back letting them know I am 13 minutes out (eta was 7:20pm) the girl on the line literally laughs and tells me the host said no reservations at 7:30pm. I explained I realized this, which is why I called back in the first place to double check, I asked if we could walk in and eat or if it was no service, she again tells me that the host already told me they could not take us at 7:30pm, I would also like to mention that Google lists their hours until 10:00pm on Saturdays. I feel mocked and disrespected, instead of Julie expressing sympathy for her mistake in communication I was made to feel this was my fault. My family and I were trying to celebrate my recent engagment, what a huge disappointment to know I took the time to rush from estes to make the reservation time, to miss it by 20 minutes (which again was approved by Julie) and now have to drive back up the mountain to find a spot to celebrate. The best part is when we drive past the restaurant the open sign is still on. I have celebrated all my big life events here and will no longer be returning because of such poor customer service.

Its a little bit of a drive, seems like the middle of nowhere, and not what you would expect by looking at the outside of the restaurant. Ive driven by many times before not even realizing it was there. Though, well worth the drive. Once inside the atmosphere is very calming and home like. The food is remarkable and you would be out of your mind to not have the apple stroodle, that alone will probably bring you back. Praha embodies the concept of not judging a book by its cover. Proving its all about the food.

We had the whole place to ourselves when we went on a quiet Tuesday evening. But man o man did we not expect the level of service and quality of food! Lady had the lamb chops and I had the schnitzel. Quality was on par to any fancy restaurant Ive ever visited. Absolutely top notch! You get exactly what you pay for. Will be back!

Went for birthday celebration. No special desert was offered and birthday was mentioned at time of reservation and again tonight! SAD! Staff was young & couldnt explain menu. Wait staff completely cleared all of our silverware when picking up items during meal!! My before dinner drink never showed up until dinner.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I lived in Germany for two years and I could never find a place that had German food. Praha is delicious all around and the schnitzel is amazing!! A must see and eat!!! This is truly a hidden gem with mouth watering food.

This hard-to-find Longmont gem exposes the mountain folk to fine Czech fare. From Spetzl to Schnitzel, these guys do it right. Come hungry and leave full. Highly recommended.
