Unfriendly staff; sloppy dud Hostess; Blah food; S L O W service caused customers to leave; Waste of money!! Unfriendly young girl hostess doesnt acknowledge customers nor say a word to them. She simply picks up menus and walks to a table. No hello, no smile, no greeting, Nothing! She needs to learn how to dress properly too, dressed very sloppily. Watch out for the c o c k roaches you might encounter. They like the food more then the people do. Asian man as waiter has personality of a Mayo & Bologna on white. Or a Wet Mop! Extremely curt and unfriendly. Tried asking some questions about the menu which annoyed him. Asking questions and he walks away. Food was mediocre at best, and took forever to be delivered. NO WAY can this be an option if you are working and on a lunch break. Had a sushi roll (Volcano roll) which was yuk and too much rice. The Yushan chicken lunch special was OK but suppose to come with fried rice. Was NOT fried, just a glob of white rice, not edible. Witnessed 3 Indian gentlemen dressed nicely (probably on lunch break) come in and wait at counter and being ignored by the rude hostess. In fact, I watched her at the front counter seeing them come to the front door - and she turned around and walked to the back of the restaurant - purposely ignoring them. The 3 men were finally sat at the table next to us and waited 15 minutes to get some water. We shared with them, how sad and slow and uncaring the service seems to be at this dump. They agreed. When one of them asked the waiter about the slow service - the waiter stated, "theres the door if you dont like it". The 3 men left. The waiter freely shows his ugly attitude and doesnt care one bit about customers. The attitude is such that the waiter plops the plate on the table without a word, and leaves. Dont expect him to offer you anything - you must ask for basics like chop-sticks. How does this place stay in business? The table next to us also had an old dirty napkin crammed under one of the table legs (to stabilize it I guess), which is so old and dirty looking. Disgusting. I dont think sanitation is something to be expected at this hole. Rarely do I leave ZERO tip but this time for sure! Wife even agreed that no tip should be left. Would NEVER return to this dump where the staff obviously dont care about customer service nor quality. SAVE YOUR MOENY, this place will be out of business soon for sure!

We got delivery which may effect quality. However there were some pretty big flaws. To start the Crab Cheese Wontons were delicious! Although the sweet and sour sauce seemed watered down. For food we got the Mongolian Beef and the Panang Curry with Beef. Both had plastic which was hot enough to actually burn the skin. But somehow the curry and beef both were actually lukewarm and needed to be microwaved. This is consistent with Microwaving food in plastic such as this. Im extremely disappointed and will be ordering from dozens of places before i ever try this place again.

I am a true lover of green curry with chicken, and have ordered that dish at a huge number of Thai restaurants across the entire USA. The recipe at Little Basil is the best Ive ever had. Anywhere. And it is about a mile from my house! I highly recommend this dish at this restaurant! Ive had other meals here, too - and the have all been great - but you cant beat the green curry. PS - the leftovers the next day are also fabulous!

I often order Little Basil for delivery, and its always tasty. They have a good selection of various Asian foods, including Japanese, Chinese, and Thai. Its more of a jack-of-all-trades kind of place, so if youre looking for the best Pad Thai or sushi, you might want something else. But, if youre looking for a staple Asian restaurant with super fast and friendly delivery, its hard to do better in Littleton.

Little Basil was a pleasant surprise! I am VERY picky about the flavors I put in my mouth. Seriously. We got the Basil Chicken and the Green Curry. Both were excellent, and the service was great. Our usual Thai place (Wild Ginger) was closed, so we tried Little Basil. Well be back for sure.

My wife and I have gone many times. Never had anything short of delicious. (I think everything is good but for my wife to love the food is high praise.) Classy presentation, simple atmosphere. The curries are a favorite. Dinners are very reasonable and the lunch specials are a great deal.

Very disappointed in the food I received today. Orange chicken was incredibly soggy and I had to throw it away.. Im not a very picky Chinese food person, but ir was completely inedible. Two stars because the hot and sour soup was good.

Love this place. We get the Kung Pow chicken and the Crab Cheese wontons. Those wontons are amazingly good. They always say its going to take an hour then show up about 20 minutes later. Truly the best weve found in the area.

On the days I dont have time to make it, they have always been consistent on the quality and taste of the lemon pepper chicken, very good...just as good as mine. Always friendly and look forward to dining in sometime soon.

I cant even give it a star. this by far was the worst take-out we have had in years. the food was extremely bland and I fear Im going to get sick from the one piece of sushi that I had...Save your $$

I really like a number of the items on the menu, very reasonably priced for the taste and quality of the dishes. I have eaten there many times and never had any issues with the wait staff.

Tried for the first time, carry-out. Edamame was good, Veggie Pad Thia was OK, had better. Yushan Chicken was very good, never had this before. Would go back to try it again.

Cant go wrong with the Green Curry. This place is very popular with the business lunch crowd and is usually super empty in the evenings. Very casual and fast!

Really good, fast, and relatively inexpensive. Usually ready in 10-15 minutes for pick-up, and the staff is always prompt and courteous. Great local find!

Love the food here, its not Id say 100% authentic Thai, but still very good. For a more authentic experience you should try Wild Ginger also

We went there last night with friends and the food is still good but slow. We were catching a movie so it put us close.

One of the worst Thai peanut Ive had. Tasted like the chicken was in the microwave for 5 minutes. Couldnt finish it
