This is by far our favorite place to eat, no matter what state we are in we always end up going to Panera. It is always delicious! We finally got this location close to our home and we were super excited! However, this location is absolutely terrible. Their food is not the same, they dont even make their sandwiches the same. They are a franchise, but they add things that the other places dont. They apparently ran out of the smoked chicken that normally goes on my sandwich, so they just put on another type and never told me till I figured it out when I got home. It was a total disappointment. We did give it a handful of shots, thinking maybe it was just bad day for them. But they are always different, never the same quality that the other locations are. In our opinion, just drive farther and get the quality that you are expecting to get from Panera Bread. Dont waste your money at this one.

Food is pretty good. The staff is the typical aloof bunch who seem bothered by your very presence and the floor looks like a random collection of bread crumbs they are hoarding because they never vacuum them up. Once I witnessed someone swabbing the tables with a wet rag. He dropped the rag, caught it at floor level with his foot, then went right back to "cleaning" the tables with the same dirty, wet, disgusting rag he saved with his shoe. Not a place Ill be returning to any time soon.

Upon entering this establishment, the greeter at the register referred to BOTH me and my girlfriend as gentlemen. It was the most incredibly rude thing I have heard in a LONG time, but my girlfriend insisted that we stay and eat. It was just as uncomfortable for the remainder of the meal, though. The boys eye glasses prescription must be sorely out of date, or he must be dense, otherwise. I will NOT EVER be returning to this panera bread location!

I have visited this location in the past and had no issues. I was severely dissapointed with my latest experience. The drive-thru was so slow, took 25 minutes to get a small mac & cheese and a half mozzarella flatbread. They asked if I wanted chips, an apple or a loaf of bread. I opted for the loaf of bread and got what looks like a half eaten piece. It was all shredded on one end and looks like something leftover on a dinner plate?

My work recently moved into the area and Ive given them three opportunities to provide the customer service and the quality in which Panera bread franchise exudes and they have sorely missed the mark! $16 for a bagel and a salad is absurd; especially when it takes 15 minutes to make and has two slices of extremely thinly cut bacon and something that doesnt even slightly look like a real egg. A massive waste of money! I wont be back!

Quality tasting food every time Ive visited. Their soups are full of flavor and getting half off pastries is always a delight. The staff is polite and Ive never been disappointed by the service or food. The number of bagel and cream cheese choices are limited, but the flavors they have are not disappointing and there are plenty of other food types on the menu to compensate. I look forward to my next visit!

By far the worst panera around. We live in the area and were excited when this panera opened but have been consistently disappointed. They forget things, mix up orders and act like its your fault when you call them out on it. The staff is horrible, not friendly, and more interested in socializing than working, and as a whole, incompetent (with the exception of verle who is fantastic).

I ordered a large salad extra chicken. These guys want to give you 2 half size to go ramikins halfway full of dressing. I looked in the bag and saw 2 containers figure it would be enough. Get home pull them out and they are the shortest to go ramikins ever. Super frustrating. Wish places werent trying to save a dollar by cheating their customers

Nothing here is "fresh".. Everything is Frozen!!!...You have been lied to..used to work there..its all packaged product...the soup is Frozen in plastic bags and put in hot water!!..the bread and pastries are frozen Pillsbury doeboy type things..save your money your getting ripped off!!..meats all packaged...cheese... everything is a lie!

No problem with the food or service..however the internet quality was very poor, even when business slowed down. I could not get a connection for either skype or google hangouts. Very frustrating and embarrassing situation having to cancel with my client. Not a great place to do video conferencing work on this particular Tuesday.
