Went to get a Leavitt ice cream paid six bucks and got half a cup of ice cream. The service was lousy I could get I could get to 1 gallon dryers ice cream for the same price but five times the amount of ice cream. It seems like they have a constant rotation of new employees in there with poor customer service. Leave it to the city of Longmont to screw up another good business.

Always order 2 kinds of ice cream in one cup at Arvada store, I always get my 1 free included topping. However I was informed,after ordering my 2 flavors that due to a different owner that getting 2 flavors counts as your free topping. Great icecream, but will not be back to Longmont location. Seems like they are trying to make more money than needed, prices seem high enough.

what a fantastic experience we had at the longmont cold stone. ice cream being thrown in the air, caught in a cup. spades and caramel being juggled. line moved quickly and the store was clean. the chocolate devotion was perfect for a chocolate lover like myself. i have already been back.

Service was good and ice cream quality was as expected. The prepackaged items (cookies, cupcakes, cakes) were almost non existent. This was only a few hours into their daily hours. Kinda sad.

Good ice cream and overall good experience. I gave it a three star because it took some time to get service. Only one employee working on a Saturday night. With that said she was very happy.

Its not like the ocold stone places. There is no singing. They are supposed to sing randomly and every time you tip. Thats the fun part of going to cold stone.
