I went to this cold stone after a soccer game with some friends tonight. It was really close to the time they close at, but the employees were super accommodating and nice. At one point the employee making my icecream accidentally added sprinkles to mine but quickly realized and fixed the mistake and went above and beyond to apologize. She remade my icecream and even gave me a little extra icecream to make up for it. I was very impressed and really enjoyed my experience here.

I have been to both locations, Boulder and Longmont both owned by the same people. Both locations have great people working for them however the management is HORRIBLE. They clearly do not train thier employees well and it reflects on the business not being run well at all. It is unfair to the employees not to be trained well. Both locations dont even serve the "hot stone dishes" even though they are on the menu. I will not be returning.

Visited a few days ago on a weekday when a harried young man was the sole employee. He tried to do everything and did nothing well, including answering the phone, serve customers, and make ice cream. We ended up with two soupy milkshakes. The store is not clean, the containers that hold toppings are dingy and need to be cleaned out and refreshed.

Pretty small place, not much seating at all, but the staff and ice cream are awesome. Student discount on Tuesdays is amazing!
