The past couple months has been a hard dealing of customers complaints. Work is my lifes focus, so it hits home with me. I care about every customer and intend to treat them like they are real people. I feel terrible that some of them feel bad because of something I did that upset them. The complaints are usually anonymous and I cant properly appologize or compensate them. Our guests are the people I interact with the most in my life, Im not kidding. Which is why I want to care about every one of them. Im not perfect, but I still do my best to be loving to all guests even though they are hundreds of strangers in a day. I try to satisfy them all, but out of thousands per week that keep me smiling all day, there is bound to be one who thought I wasnt good enough. I feel bad that some peoples days are affected by my lack of job mastery. The rolemodels I have in this business are outstanding and hardly make it worth giving a bad rap because of me. I hope you enjoy your experience with us and know that we will always make it right for you.

WORST customer service experience at Chipotle ever! Signed up for the new chipotles card/reward. Was notified ON the advertisement flyer at the front door that you would receive free chips with guac. Sarah the cashier checked us out and didnt mention at all that we were to receive that when the program CLEARLY says the host will and should notify you. Went back to ask her, she was NO help with navigating the card system online as well as basically saying sucks to be you. You paid already cant help. Unless you spend another $8. I would have been fine with purchasing something but giving me an attitude and lack of service on how to navigate this new thing going on was beyond unprofessional. Not happy!

Customer service skills.. very bad! The host Sarah was asked about a special that they had ON THEIR DOOR. We had just purchased $20 worth of food and asked how it worked.She stated that we had to purchase something that was $6 or more to receive the special. Even after we had just purchase $20 worth of food. She stated since that transaction was done with she cannot give us the special. Very disappointed. The food portion they gave were also smaller then most Chipotle Ive been to. Sarah was too busy trying to clean and get ready for closing the store to actually care about the customer.

Ive been going to this Chipotle for years and its never disappointed. It can get very busy during lunchtime. The staff are usually friendly. The food is what youd expect from a Chipotle. Customize your burrito, bowl or tacos. Choose your ingredients. Get it. Get in line. Tell the staff want you want and eat it. Its that simple.

The tables were all dirty. The lady barely put meat on my tacos. Dont order the queso from this place, it was gross and had an unnatural texture. The food was cold and the lemonade was water cause I guess it was broken. I do not recommend this particular Chipotle.

Went to grab lunch for our office and waited twenty minutes after placing an online order , after the long wait I got back to the office and they had my order completely wrong. I called back multiple times and am extremely disappointed.

Just what you would expect at Chipotle good food fast and friendly service. It was interesting to see a larger layout than what I am accustomed too. There was plenty of parking and even an area to eat outside which we did with our dog.

Its okay because its Chipotle. Not that theres anything wrong with that. The food is consistent and its good in a pinch. Service is quick here and staff is nice. Patio tables need to be wiped down more often.
