My mother took me here for lunch for my birthday. The food was great (especially the poblano soup), but the service was the most horrible service weve had in years. The waitress that took our order was not paying attention to our order (we had to repeat our order 3 times), and the order was still not right. My sandwich was wrong, they forgot to bring our appetizer (guacamole w/ crab meat) until I mentioned it, and then it was also wrong (no crab meat). No one ever came back to refill our drinks, or ask if we needed anything else. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes to get our check after we asked for it 3 times. Apparently, our table was not the only order they got wrong. A table of 8 next to us had the same problem. Almost all of their orders were wrong also, and the manager had to comp two of their orders because their orders didnt come out until the rest of the table was nearly done eating. I really wanted to like this place, since it is the only non fast food restaurant in town. I hope they try to improve their service!

Worst service in 20 states! Called to see if we could do carry out and no answer on the phone for over an hour decided to go to the establishment and waited 35 minutes for service. Not one person helped us and we ended up walking out. Too bad their service is horrible because the food looked great. Management should be looked at here.
