Was clear I couldnt have dairy. Made 3 burritos. One was correct, one had sour cream, and the 3rd had sour cream and cheese. Took a bite are two before I realized. So of course up all night sick. When I went to complain they had no name tags. Tell me one guy is the manager and he looks at my receipt and first thing he says. I didnt make that they did. Of course I asked are you really the manager? Where is your name tag? "We dont wear them" I stay in the seating area to fill out a complaint online. And they send out another guy (with no name tag) who says he is the manager. Who can you believe at that point? This place is scandalous and dont care about their customers well being. And clearly have no problem lying to the customers about who is in charge. I legitimately got sick because of them. Since when is it a companies policy in the service industry to not have name tags? How can you hold anyone accountable. And to add insult to injury they have the nerve to ask you your name so they can put it on your receipt. Just wow!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! If I could I would give you all a -20 review!!! We showed up 20 minutes BEFORE closing time and we were told that "they were out of product" (which is a joke considering I work in the service industry) to serve us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Obviously not the first people the experience this problem!! I will make sure to let EVERYONE I know to NEVER go to this taco bell. What a waist of fast food. Maybe you all should find/hire employees who have some sort of work ethic!!!!! I have heard of this from several people but now I have experienced this myslef! What a complete joke this location is. You all should just shut down because clearly its not going to be very successful. Fast food has become a complete joke. Very disappointed considering we live in a small town and this is completely opposite of hospitality which is what keeps business coming. Good luck, you all are a joke!!!!!!!!! I HIGHLY suggest you skip this place and go to any other fast food restaurant.

This location has to be the slowest out of all taco bells in colorado. I thought taco bell was fast food(nope not here), also your price will change by shift and by person for example I order an item in the early afternoon for 3.07 I then order that same item later at 10 oclock and at the drive up screen it said 3.67 when I got to the second window I was told 3.76 what is going on there I ask myself. Some one is taking advatage so watch your order carefully. When I told the cashier she just starred at me with her hand out. Wow so all said they are slow steal from you and the food is middle of the road. Oh and one more thing I had to call to make sure they knew there were cars waiting in the drive thru for over 10 min and not even a person to say Ill be right with you . then I still waited for 10 min more to get my food so all said I spent 30 min to get a taco Good luck to you and may God have mercy on you.

Been there 3-4 times. I go in and get small, simple to go orders. Always very slow. One person in front of me with one order and I seen 4-5 drive through vehicles. I am always there for over 25 minutes for a small, simple order and it is very slow when I go. There was obviously no management there tonight at the time as one staff members was confused and holding a burrito in her hand and the other told the staff "Hey, they are looking over here." (The customers, the 2 of us, looking at the staff). 27 minutes for one order in fast food is very sad! I worked in the restaurant business and that company made $150,000 in one year. It was busy so I know what slow is! Awful, get better management who will be a boss and not a friend, nor sit in the back and do nothing.

Very disappointed, I ordered food and came home to missing food and the food that was made was not made correctly. When I called to speak to the manager an employee answered the phone. You could hear the staff messing around in the background laughing and talking for a good 30 second before even saying anything on the phone. When the employee finally said hello and I asked to speak to the managerand he asked me to hold on. He said to someone "she wants to speak to a manager " the response I can only assume was from the manager was "for what" the employee came back to the phone and told me the manager was busy. 10pm on a Friday night isnt to late to ask for decent customer service in a restaurant.

We went through the drive through, when we received our order, the tacos looked like they were intentionally smashed. We were unable to eat them. I called and asked for the manager said pretty much got the same response everyone else has gotten. However, when a man came on the line and identified himself as the manager, he wanted us to bring the order back immediately, told him that we were already in Denver and that his request was not reasonable he responded that he couldnt resolve my complaint and hung up. Really?! Taco Bell needs to shut down, fire all the staff and start over. They are terrible. Customer service at that store is unacceptable. Maybe "Undercover Boss" needs to visit them.

They steal your change and lie about counting it out as a previous employee of this establishment it is by far the worst place to eat at night they dont use gloves when handling food the eat right out of the food bins and dont even switch it out they throw suace packet and junk into the fryer where you food is being fried maybe thats why it tastes weird if you ever got messed up for its becaus there to busy messing around or talking about the customers them selves fyi everything stated here is 100 percent true as i worked here and witness these things happen

At the end of a long shift I actually felt like tacos. Too bad it was 15 min to close and even though the lights were on and people were there, they just ignore the drive through so they dont have to do any work too close to close. This is not the first time this has happened but this is the last time I deal with this unprofessional crap (are they open for real or are the employees too lazy and have already checked out?).

I am normally one that doesnt care enough about fast food to do a review. But the customer service there was amazing. When I made a mistake on my order and thought that I had ordered a taco and come to find out I didnt and the girl that was sweeping heard me tell my wife she went and got me a taco and then wouldnt let me tip her or pay for it. Great job on making sure the customer is right!

Staff is usually friendly or at least efficient when taking your order. Wait time is average. Not fast but not slow. Food is average for a Taco Bell. My only real complaint is that sometimes they decide that the drive through is more important the the walk-ins. A couple of times Ive seen 5 or 8 cars drive through while waiting for my food to come out.
