this is a great pizza place, the 9.99 large unlimited deal is unbeateable, i know by experience that not every pizza joint makes the same pizza even if its the same franchise, i can tell you that 90% of the time my pizza will be hot, fresh and baked to perfection, very rarely there will be a late delivery and/or a warm pizza and if i do get it they will promptly fix it :) they are generous with the toppings and balance it all very well this is the only place where i can get a fully loaded pizza for 15 dlls tips included, only thing it sucks they will still charge you the delivery fee but when i order a 9.99 i end up just right, i wish they would get rid of it that would encourage me to spend more but oh well, the pizza hut that serves this area makes horrible pizza compared to this, fudge (or pudge) bros is cheap but bad, and no comments on lil cesars if you into real junk

Order pizza online today. I know its Easter but the online ordering system let me order, charged my card and gave me a delivery estimate of 45 min. Its now been 1:30 min and no pizza. Tried to call but no answer! I had to call a different blackjack location to have them tell me they might be closed and that the store forgot to update their system. The new location let me reorder from their store but for some reason the Same pizza is $4 more. They also told me I would have call the original store tomorrow to my refund. Feeling annoyed

We were quoted 45 min for delivery and at 1 1/2 hr I called and the manager (Steve) was incredibly rude and said it was on its way. I recommend quoting a more accurate delivery time and he said "yeah, get right on that..." After 2 hr and 20 min the order made it and Steve would not give a discount for being 1 1/2 hr longer!! It took over an hour after he said it had already left. Poor customer retention! I wont ever order from them again, who knows how long it will take!!

Ordered online... Got to store and they dont accept a $50 bill. I could see that for a small order, but my order came close to $40. I even added more to it to get it to that $. They said i could go next door to get change and come back to buy my pizza.So needless to say we were disappointed, and left without our pizzas. My issue would be that it needed to state that online that they will not accept bill larger than 20 even when your total is close to 50.

Got sick last week pretty bad and couldnt pin down why, then a few people started talkin about getting sick from the Blackjacks Pizza on 6225 E 71st Pl and I had ate there last week! I surely hope this isnt the case, but I could definately believe it due to the lack of cleanliness and order that was the environment when I ate there. PLEASE HONOR YOUR WORKPLACE, AND STRIVE FOR QUALITY IN YOUR FOOD

So..i NEVER leave reviews..ever...this will be my first. And I gotta say the guy who took my order Steve I believe was his name...the biggest dick Ive ever heard on the phone. I didnt even get the pizza yet..i just got off the phone with him..i mean he hung up on me...well. Lets hope the pizza is great. At least...i know not where to order from

So I other a large pepperoni pizza waited the 45min that the lady said it would take after 50min of waiting I called back they said the person was on its way after 130 I called again they said the same thing the pizza never showed up if I could give it zero stars I would this place suck and costumer Service is horrible bad place

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. They delivered the wrong pizza to us, then when I called to have it corrected, they offered no compensation or rush on the new pizza or ANY kind of reasonable assistance. The manager was clearly undertrained and kept trying to end the conversation. Not cool.

I ordered a salad with my order I had to call the store three times in order for them to deliver it bad customer service no courtesy at all to apologize it took them 45 minutes from my first call to deliver my salad when Im only five minutes away from the store this sucks they lost a customer.

After getting deliveries from Dominos several times and not getting our orders right or just not showing up, we decided to try blackjacks. All I can say is bye bye dominos. The pizza was hot and tasted great.
