THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN 1 STAR IF I HAD THE ABILITY TO LEAVE A 1 STAR REVIEW!!! While enjoying an evening with a couple friends, we had 2 strangers come over to our table and sit down and begin eating our food and ordering drinks on our tab. After speaking with a manager, we were forced to endure dealing with the 2 strangers for an additional hour before they finally got up and left without anyone that worked for Buffalo Wild Wings taking any action. When our bill finally came, we asked for compensation due to our ridiculous situation that they failed to resolve. After asking, a manager came to our table, told us that we had been served too much alcohol, and the cops were called. Having been a weekly customer at this location for more than 4 years, I was shocked by what the 20yr old manager had to say, and even more shocked that the police were called based on our complaint that a random couple guys sat at our table without any staff interaction. I will NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Aside from the complete service fail, we were also forced to drink out of SOLO cups for the entire evening because their water was bad and both dish washers had broken and they failed to get them replaced. SO.MUCH.FAIL.

Placed an order online to be picked up an hour after it was ordered. I know well enough Friday night is going to be busy, I have no problem giving extra time. The order was supposed to be ready at 6:40pm. I come in at 6:45 and am told that my order is next, itll be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, the girl name Mandi comes back to hand out another togo order and proceeded to tell me that she just has to bag my order and its ready. She then begins to complain that everything if her co-workers fault because they are not helping and deserve to be fired. Very professional. I get being busy and stressed, but that was just uncalled for. 10 minutes later she comes out with my food, goes through it with me, which I appreciate. I finally get out of there 25 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I get home to find the mushrooms are still partially frozen in the middle and my daughters kids meal is missing its side. Completely ridiculous. You cant make people wait that long and still screw up the order. Absolutely ridiculous.

My experience here was terrible! I love going to Buffalo Wild Wings but this was ridiculous! It was me and 9 other friends just wanting to hang out after being at the Brighton Parade of lights and it was bad. The host doesnt have a welcoming attitude and didnt like that we had a big table. She said it would be about 25 to 30 mins and we all walked outside, we came back in 25 mins later and she said we thought we left and it was going to be another 40 mins. So we sat and waited for an hour and 10 mins waiting for a table. We got sat took our server BRETT 20 mins to get our drinks and gave it to us by 3 drinks at a time. My friend ordered boneless wings, came back as traditional she told him and never bothered to change them out for her. He spat in our drinkers, knocked a drink on my friend who had the wings wrong. WORSE SERVICE EVER! Took 30 mins for refill of our drinks and it was just bad. NEVER GO THERE IF YOUR SERVER NAME IS BRETT!

They brought one of the food orders out (a snack size wings) a whole half an our after two medeum orders. One of THOSE orders was not even correct. Then they went even further. Taking my drink because my boyfriend had one sip out of it and he didnt have his ID. Now I understand the laws dont get me wrong. But this is MY drink. And any other establishment you go to, gives you a warning. And then makes you leave if you keep sharing. They also cut me off. Not to mention that fact that they dont pay any attention to you unless they are bringing you something. And then that rush off. Almost like there management is running them too hard and they feel like they dont have time to take care of there customers. Water glasses empty even after asking for a refill. This place is terrible. And over charged. My honest belief is that they are only open because it is a buffalo wild wings and they have a million TVs.

FOOD WAS HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! We went today Sunday to watch the game and it was a horrible time at Buffolo Wild Wings! First our watress took a long time to take our order! And after we order it took about 40 mins for us to get our food and when we got it, our food was cold because apparently it was sitting there for awhile! My husband had to return the food because it was cold how embarrassing the watress didnt even apologize for the inconvenience nether did she offer us anything! We had a horrible time here! Never going back and I do not recommend going ether because the food isnt so great I got a salad a simple salad and it was way to salty I didnt even eat it! We had to go McDonalds to get some cheeseburgers because we didnt eat the food we ordered at buffolos! Waist of my money!

Despite the music being louder than any night club, which they did turn down some with a couple of tables complaining, I ordered regular hot wings like I have before. What I got was some regular hot wings and some that were nuclear. The first one was so hot it ruined my meal. It actually hurt to eat or even drink water. I thought at first I must be over sensitive, but the next one was fine. About half had a darker sauce. The next day, today, my tongue and lips still hurt and are slightly swollen. I dont know if someone in the kitchen thought it would be funny----it wasnt, I will never go back.

We visit this BWW at least once a week. Last night our order came out wrong, and Joee corrected the order, and then adjusted the bill and did not charge us for the item. Sonora (Sp?) was our waitress and she was very apologetic-even though it was not her fault. While we were waiting for the new food to come out, Joee and Sonora checked in on us several times and really made us happy campers. It is usually busy and a lot going on, but they have always been able to accommodate us with minimal wait times. I would totally recommend that you visit this location and sit in Sonoras section.

My wife and I ate there this past Sunday, and it was excellent! Kimber was our server and she was on top of our every request. I didnt even have time to finish my specially made cherry Pepsi before she had another one ready for me. The food was excellent and served with haste. We got burgers with wings as a starter, the Jerk chicken wings are quite tasty! Ive always liked the atmosphere (lots of tvs) here and have never had any trouble with unreasonably slow or rude service. So Im not sure what days these other poor reviewers are going but clearly not the same days that I am.

I called in a to go order (which was taken by an employee with no personality or customer service skills) and was told 10-15 minutes and my order would be ready. We live about 10 minutes from the location so my husband left right away. When he got there he waited an additional 40 minutes. When I called and talked to the manager Heather she did nothing! All she said was that they were very busy and that the "awesome thing was that when your wings are done they will be nice and hot!" As a customer I am NOT impressed!
