We used to love this place but after this weekends visit we will not be going back. Its too bad because they have good beer, and up until now, we wouldve said good food, too. We visited on a Saturday, arriving a little before 1 p.m., knowing that it would be busy so we expected the meal to take awhile. Well, 2 hours later we finally left the restaurant after having received 4 cold green chili burgers, paying $7 for a slice of carrot cake to go that was no bigger than a 1" thick 3x5 notecard (and being told this was normal sized), visiting nasty restrooms where paper towels were strewn everywhere (even after the lunch time chaos was over) and a toilet was overflowing, and having to deal with a sassy unpleasant waitress who was mostly absent during our visit. The manager did take 25% off of our bill after we sent back the burgers. But, much to our dismay, the same burgers were returned to our table (about 20 minutes later - no kidding) and then not to their original owners. I received one that had a bite out of it where I had never taken a bite (it likely belonged to my mom or dad who were the first to notice that the burgers were cold after having tried a bite). We went ahead and ate anyway considering we had waited well over an hour and a half for our food at this point. But gross..... Im just glad it was my parents I was eating with and not someone I wasnt related to since I got to eat their meal that had been reheated in the microwave. A very expensive meal that definitely didnt live up to the hype - wont be back.

waited over a half hour for a wrap. bartender seemed more interested in talking to the guy next to us than take our order when we were sitting there with our menus down trying to catch her eye. had to ask for things 2-3 times because she would forget. people behind us sitting at table had to get up and find their server bc she did not come back. another table behind us left after sitting there for 15 minutes without being greeted. service is a major issue and no manager seemed to be around to care. good beer, good wrap, wouldnt go back bc service was so bad. we went at 3 pm on a sunday and the restaurant was not all that busy, but waitresses and staff seem more interested in socializing with each other than taking care of their paying customers. Im also a server elsewhere and am very forgiving, but there is no excuse for simply ignoring customers so you can socialize. upon walking in, 3 people were standing behind the counter talking with each other and did not even acknowledge us. leaving, the same 3 girls still talking (can I have their job? Id like to get paid to do absolutely nothing), no "have a nice day" or "thank you bye" because they were so preoccupied with each other. train your staff in customer service and we might try again.

Dont bother wasting your time on this restaurant! Second bad experience in two months. Had their fish and chips. The fish came out burnt and over cooked. When I tried to cut a piece, it flew off of my plate. So.... asked them to please recook the fish as it was not edible. The second batch was just as bad, but decided to suck it up. The insult came when I got the bill and wasnt paying attention. They charged me for two fish and chips. If I hadnt noticed my bill it would have just slid by. The manager never bothered to ask how the second fish came out, if she had, I would have told her, you take a taste and tell me if this is edible. Im not a complainer, but I was tonight. It doesnt help that you have young smart mouthed teens hanging around the register commenting on whats going on. My husband and I wont be back, and the table of four next to us said they were with us, this is their last try too. You used to be good when you first opened, but I guess you feel you have a captive audience and dont need repeat business. My son and his friends and their families quit coming six months back and call it the kiddy service restaurant. I can see why now.

This was our first visit and we chose it based on the reviews. I cant say I was all that impressed. After placing our order we waited 45 minutes to finally get appetizers that were room temperature. We asked several times what was taking so long to get appetizers and the only answer we got was Ill check" We had to ask for drink refills 3 times because she would look at our table with the empty glasses sitting at the end of the table and just keep walking. When she left the check she really turned on the charm... a little too late! We observed 4 other tables that were complaining about the time it took to got their orders and several of them sent the order back because it was wrong or cold. We would have as well but our waitress never came back after a guy brought the order until she brought the check 25 minutes later... The food had a pretty good taste but would have been better if it had been hot. The nachos were room temp & some what on the burn side. The pizza was nothing to writ home about either... Not sure we will be returning if the management does not return my call to do something about the $46 tab...

My husband, and our two kids and I went on a Saturday afternoon this past weekend. We were sat down quickly, as there were plenty of tables that were clear. When we sat down I saw the woman that looked as if she was our waitress (as she was in the area) but every time I tried to get her attention she was very good at avoiding eye contact. After 30+ min we had not gotten so much as a hello from our waitress; we almost walked out. She looked a little overworked as I did see her working dilegently on her other tables. We were getting ready to walk out when she cane to take our order. I cant complain about the food as I thought it was good. It looks just by observation that there are too many hostesses and not enough waitresses. Or the hostesses need to at least take drink orders. Hopefully managment sees this review and fixes this problem. I saw 3+ hostesses standing around and plenty of other customers just waiting to be waited on.

I stayed at Holiday Inn directly across the street, and thought wow a great eatery right near where Im staying. Went there first night in Colorado, many hostesses and waiters walked around me, never even making eye contact, as if I was invisible. Waiter stopped by and I said I needed a menu, he says there is a beer menu on the table, I told him I not here to drink only beer, I need a food menu. Food came quickly and was delicious, I ordered some wings to go, took waiter forever to bring them to me. Thought the poor service was a fluke, so I tried them again, this time for take out, calzone and root beer, simple enough, once again it took forever, calzone finally ready, but I guess putting root beer in a to go cup was confusing for the pretty blond hostess girls behind the counter because I waited 5 more minutes for my drink. Stayed in Colorado almost 3 weeks for business, never returned again.
