Recently on a road trip where all my money and cards were stolen, I stopped off at this subway to grab a flavor saver catered sub tray. Having an ice box in the trunk I knew it would be a good idea to purchase this to help in the long miles still to come headed east towards Florida from California. I had my paypal account and I remembered reading in an article that paypal could be used as payment on subways website. The clattered menu has a flaw in where it will only allow you to place your order for the following day. So I called this location and spoke with a very lovely and overly helpful young (respectfully respectively) lady by the name of Nancy. She was kind enough to say to go ahead and place the order and come on in with the details as the order wouldnt print on their end until the next day. I took a screen shot of the transaction ID and proof of purchase along with the order details. She wrote it all down and to make things faster recommended to place all the veggie selections on a separate tray. It ended up being essentially a full tray of veggies to select from. Which worked perfect as the sandwiches kept as planned. The meat and produce was the freshest as Ive never had a problem with subway quality. But the service...unlike any subway Ive visited. Always decent and friendly and even in one location in westlake village California the sandwich artist helped me move, with pay, as he was looking for extra work, but Nancy in a town and state I may possibly never return to and in that moment a blizzard from my perspective but the locals there would most likely call it a small dusting...Nancy had me leaving with the thought that if I ever do return to this area, that subway will be our only stop. Its nice to see national chains that continue to grow and not without certain scandals (..Jarod...eh hem..) retain that one on one personal high quality not only in product but for me and what keeps me returning, customer service where manners, professionalism, flexibility to a customers needs and genuine care and passion in what you do, is not completely lost as it is in generally speaking the majority of America commercialism both personal and professional. Thanks Nancy and all the best from the guy from California and his little 7 lb. dog Boomer.

I was in this restaurant this past week on the 4th of May.. and I must say I was very disappointed. The kids that work there are completely rude, there was one girl there looked like she could be more then maybe 24 years old. she had red hair and an attitude from hell. she was cursing with her peers and acting like a complete idiot (IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN!!!!!), and while i was in line I saw this teenager cough into her hand and she didnt wash her hands before she put a new pair of gloves on, and if I am to believe there is a rule in every restaurant that every employee must wash their hands after something like that. The worst part of all of this is the owner was there.. A person this AJ7cool7 person said is the owner. And the owner didnt even care.. She was also very unprofessional. she wasnt dressed in the proper uniform, and if she would have been wearing at least the apron the rest of them were wearing it would have saved my children from seeing the atrocious, very unprofessional, disgusting, inappropriate, and immature tattoo on her lower back of what appeared to be a horse. she should at least have the decency of covering it up so the whole world doesnt have to be subject to seeing that every time she bends over. I will never go back to this subway ever again!!! If your expecting professional service I wouldnt recommend this place at all.. Upon further research she also owns the subway in Strasburg as well, so if you really want subway on your way in or out of the city I suggest going to Limon or in Aurora. I actually threw my sandwich in the trash, filled out a complaint with the better business bureau, and a complaint with corporate. This lady SHOULD NOT OWN A BUSINESS!!! She is not professional enough or obviously no where near mature enough.. In my personal opinion Subway should do something about this. I wouldnt even rate this place with one star, but i had to give it something.

If only I could give negative stars! The manager, Tami Brown, is very childish and 100% unprofessional. The owner, Barb Francis, allows her to disrespect and berate the employees. It’s no wonder the turnover rate at this specific location is extremely high. No human being should ever be subjected to such horrible treatment by anyone. Worst of all, she threatens her employees, terminates her employees over text because of a rumor she heard, and all around is very unprofessional in a positon of management. Not only would I highly recommend not dining there, but I would also stray away from any employment with this branch and the Strasburg one, Barb is the owner of both. This is supposed to be a stepping stone for teenagers beginning in the work force, not a mentally agonizing step backwards.

This place is a dump and the kids there are rude. I used to work there and they have rats in the back behind the water heater. Do not go to this subway! The managers name is barb by the way.
