Not a great experience. We got sat decently fast but once we hot our table, we were all but ignored. I think our waitress was sick cause when we did see her, she was despondent and pale. I never got a refill, they got an order wrong, and when the food finally came out, it was getting cold in spots. Keep in mind that I dont come here a lot so it could have been a bad day. Thats why I am giving two stars instead of one. All the same, that was my experience. Also, when I took the check to the counter, the waitress never came back, the girl at the front went and got my waitress instead of just ringing us up. Then the waitress struggled to get me change and had to pull money out on the counter. It was a big mess.

On a recent visit it all went bad. Last visit in a looong time. Service was horrible, had to go to the staff in the kitchen to ask for utensils and sugar. We never had water and no refill on coffee after we asked. Food took quite a while, servings were pretty small and greasy. Food was ok and not worth the nuisance. Had only the napkin they give you the utensils with. Didnt even get the check, asked the girl at register to print it out for us. It was before noon on a weekday and place was half full. Our waiter seemed more interested on prancing around smiling to customers trying to win a tip rather than checking if anything was needed. Wish location was bigger and more staff. Hit and miss type of place.

Worst experience ever we waited the longest for our food. Food was ready just waiting at the bar for someone to bring it to us. Employees walking back and forth right past our plates and didnt bother to bring it to us or tell our server hey the food is ready for this table. We waited and waited some more and my husband decided to just get up and get it him self. We thought it was kinda ridiculous that it had to get to that point were we just get up and get our own food. Then a employee comes up to us and has the nerve to say that she heard we cracked a joke by getting our own food from the other employees. It was no joke service was horrible

The shift lead Samantha not the manager needs to learn how to do her job People that come into your restaurant should be aware if payment systems are down that is not the consumers fourth this lady did not except my gift card because her gift card reader was down she shouldve told me that before she seated and serve me The shift lead Samantha then went ahead and charge my debit card the full amount which I did not authorize I will be calling corporate and your district manager about this incident and for you to walk away shaking your head is not right thank God youre a shift lead not a supervisor

Had breakfast here while waiting for my tires to be rotated. Got to say that is nice its so close to so much stuff. Had a great breakfast, the service was great, Ill stop by again in the future. Been to this IHOP several times. Have had several problems with getting our food in a timely manner. Sat was the worst. Ordered and about 15 minutes later our server said should be out shortly. At 35 mins I asked for manager. She came by shortly and said our order went in when the printer did not have paper in it. I said so what about us. That is not our fault. She said I will go make it now. 1 HOUR AFTER WE WALKED IN WE GOT OUR FOOD. THIS LOCATION NEEDS NEW MANAGERS.. NEW EMPLOYEES OR CLOSE IT.

With our two small grandsons, after we accepted the table by the restrooms and server station that no one else wanted, we werent even asked if we wanted water or coffee for over 15 minutes. Our server was very busy, but the rest of her tables were receiving proper attention. Very disappointed. Not the first experiemce similar to this here. Only went because our grandsons love IHOP, and it just confirmed that we will not go back to this location again. EVER! The food was good which is why I gave 2 stars.

The service here is ungodly slow. The staff are very nice and the service is good, but they need to hire more people or figure something out. Their kitchen is terrible. Cant get food out fast enough. But like I said. Wait staff is very nice!!! This isnt a worker problem its a management problem.

I come here every week and usually have great customer service. I come here regularly. But this time people were being sat from the bottom of the list and we waited almost 20 mins when we were at the top of the list. The black girl who just ignored us should be fired.

I have been disappointed by many IHOPs in the past due to their horrible customer service. This one a huge surprise. The staff was very friendly and quick to attend customers. Other IHOPs in the area need to learn from them.

I was a bit skeptical when I first entered this IHOP because it was practically empty. But we got excellent service, the food was good and hot, and we enjoyed our evening. IHOP is the best place to have breakfast for dinner!

Really great most ihops tend to disappoint in one way or the other but the waitress Marcia is the best server ive had in years she actually cares about the customers i can see her being manager soon enough

Pretty standard IHOP experience. Place was clean, food was good and not overly expensive. Where I go when I want flavored (strawberry, etc.) syrup for my pancakes.
