Went in for breakfast today with my fiance and son. Fiance got the chicken fried steak weekend special and liked it, my son got the kids breakfast and ate almost all of it. I got the country scramble and while I enjoyed the first little bit of it, about a quarter of the way through my potatoes I found a white hair in them. I quietly got the attention of the older gentleman waiter who had brought us our food because he happened to be walking by, even though he wasnt the young dark haired waitress who had taken our order I said "Sir" and showed him the hair. He just took it, seemed pretty annoyed that I had bothered him and walked off. Did not say a word. He served a few other people and never came back. After a few minutes our waitress came back and asked what the problem was and I explained what happened and that the waiter had just taken the hair and not said a word. She apologized and asked if I wanted to finish my breakfast(there was a lot left) and I said no. She took the plate and asked if I wanted something else and again I said no. She was much nicer and professional than the waiter had been, but i was pretty disappointed at this point. My fiance and son finished their plates and the waitress comped my breakfast, we paid and left. The food was okay, but what I didnt like was how the waiter handled it. This was our second time here and the first time he had been our waiter the entire time and had been much more friendly, so we were surprised and disappointed with how he handled the situation. I wasnt rude, I wasnt loud and didnt make a scene so Im not sure where his attitude came from. After this, we wont be coming back again.

Went in yesterday for lunch on 3.12.16 My mom and I both had the French Dip with fries. I personally thought it was OK, the meat tasted like warmed up lunch meat, and it looked like a roast beef sandwich then a French Dip. It was also smaller than normal restaurants. I got plenty of fries, but my sandwich seemed small. My boyfriend and Step dad both got the chili burger special. Tons of onions comes on it thats for sure. my step dad liked his, no clue if the boyfriend liked his though. We did get great service, if it was busy, someone would help the server with food, drinks, getting small stuff that was needed. All in all, I did have a good time, with an OK French Dip. April 2017 Than I went in about a week ago, and things are getting better. I had the French Dip again, and it was more sandwich this time around.

Good food BUT very high prices! Over $6 for grilled cheese?? Come on! Its 2 pieces of bread and cheese and a small amount of fries. I know a waiter there...he cant afford to eat there...been there for over 12 years! Way too high priced!

Waitress we had was sweet and on the ball. Did was not very good. The whole party I was with either had burnt food or cold food, or a combo of both. Was told they had a new cook so maybe it will improve.

The lady was rude . did not ask us for drinks when i got my drink it was the wrong soft drink. She walked away when i was trying to order. They talked more than anything else took for ever to get my food.

Great food and service. My children, my niece, my son, my brother in law & myself loved the food. I have not been here since I was a teen .Great prices too, we will definitely be coming again soon.

Cute little mom and pop shop. delicious fresh pies and an ice cream. Service was great and everyone was smiling.. Definitely a place well frequent. P.s. pancakes were AMAZING!!!!!

It is always a very pleasant place to go and have a late breakfast or early lunch and the people there are always very nice. In all it is a very good relaxing place to go too.

Visiting the area, went on a Monday night, one waitress, but she was wonderful! Food was delicious and reasonable. Menu is breakfast to Dinner, homemade desserts! Will go back
