Very short sighted manager. i returned my margarita for a beer because it was nothing more than a watery mix. not only did the waitress argue that all her regular customers liked it , but they refused to deduct it from the bill and charge me for the lesser priced beer. they did not charge for both drinks, but the margarita was 3.00 more than the beer. when i brought this to the waitresses attention i was told the manager said no other restaurant would take the drink back and after all they did give me the beer! ( he apparently has only eaten at this one restaurant because that is not the case.) we told the waitress the food was fine and it was only the problem with the one drink. if they would have taken gracious about the situation, taken the drink back, bring a beer and adjust the bill accordingly, we would have gone back and just not ordered margaritas. but i guess they have enough business. this was our first and last visit to this restaurant.

Went for lunch today Sunday at 2:30pm at the Hacienda in Gilroy. Terrible, awful service will not be returning. According to their website this is the best time to come in since it is not too busy. What a mistake waited 10 min. by the front entrance for someone to come out and seat us. There was not a whole lot of people in the restaurant. That should of been our clue not to stay. After another 10 min the busboy brought chips and salsa. We still had no menus or drinks. The busboy brought us the menus and I asked him if they had sangria he said he would check with waitress. There was a waitress in our seating area but she was busy conversating with a young man and just ignored us. We finished the basket of chips and still no one came to take our drink and food order. At this point we decided to leave and left 2 dollars for the chips and salsa we ate. I guess they didnt need our business.

I usually dont do reviews. But this place deserve a 1 star, do to lock of good service. We arrived to la hacienda on Sunday morning the place look ok, but the service is terrible the host service had a angry face not friendly at all, and not even greeting. She proceed to give us a table. 15 minutes pass by and no body came to take our orders or at last to apologies. I ask the the same host that was passing by and with her shabby and angry face told us we are too busy . That we have to wait for sure we wont came back you just lost a good customers!

Had a REALLY long wait time to get seated - even though there was no one else waiting and their were empty tables. In fact as we stood be the "Please wait to be seated" sign, it took at least 10 minutes for an employee to even speak to us. Once finally seated the food was just so so. Overly greasy. Not a lot of flavor.

First time visiting Last Hacienda , very good . Service was great we were greeted promptly and seated immediately. I had tostada and hubby had the Chili Verde , both were great ! Have to get the tortilla soup, delicious! Very clean and attentive. Definitely will visit again!

Marta was the most unprofessional rude person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Jose was not much better. And there was no manager to deal with the issue. I will never go back to this horrible place and I highly recommend you stay away.

Was gone go victorias but they were closed. So the wife and decided to try here. Service was great Jennifer rocked. I enjoyed the tortilla soup, food was great. Would have given 5 stars but they skimped out portions of rice and beans.

Service is terrible and so are the drinks, if you live in Gilroy and think this is good Mexican food..... I openly cry for you. We had to walk out before the food even got there this was 50 minuets past our order time.

The salsa is delicious. Opened at 11 exactly. Great service. Clean and organized. Definitely recommend trying it for yourself.
