I will never go back to this -Starbucks branch ever again. I ordered a Peach Green Tea Lemonade with 2 extra pumps of peach syrup and when I tasted it, it tasted funny like it was never sweet at all. By the way, I buy this drink everyday at the Starbucks in Newport beach and I never had any problem and their people are so extra nice to me. They made an effort to know me well because I order this all the time. But so disappointed with this branch in Tustin corner Lincoln. When I told them it tasted not right, they actually re-did but these 2 employee one girl and one guy when they handed it over to me, they were unhappy and like they were mad because I told them it did not taste right. Such rude employees. I will never go back to this branch ever again!

Starbucks on Tustin and Lincoln is very special place, since its been opened still on the same success path, the service is spectacular, it feels like home , the crew knows the customers by name and even they know what type of coffee they usually order....i cant drink my morning coffee some where else , even if i have certain obligations to drink my coffee at other Starbucks locations it taste different, may be its the same coffee but its different feeling. I believe the reason behind the success of this location is LISA , she is one of a kind managers, dedicated to her work and her communications with the customers is amazing, i dont want to forget the great crew that works there specialty STACY. Keep it up guys..... ZACK

I have gone to this Starbucks nearly every day for the past 10 months. The times I did not were because I was either out of the state for work. I work remotely from home 90% of the time. This Starbucks has effectively become my base of operations whenever being at home becomes boring. I love the baristas. I have never "loved" a barista as much as I love the ones here. I order the same thing every day. Every. Day. They all know this. Some start preparing my order the moment they see me walk into the store. It is fantastic. I give my biggest props to Isaac for putting up with me for most of my time at this Starbucks. If I /had/ to pick a favorite barista, it would definitely be Isaac. But I love them all.

For the second day in a row. The staff at this store took 20 minutes to get my order ready. I can understand yesterday they were busy and probably had some of the slowest workers available but today their low quality of service reached other levels. They messed up my sandwich and I had to go back to the store and wait another 10 minutes for them to make the order right..when I got the second sandwich. The egg was freezing cold. I did not went back to the store as I was heading to work and did not want to waste another 10 minutes..this experience is totally unacceptable and I am not going back to this place. After wasting so much time I could not eat more than half of that cold egg sandwhich

Staff at the register moved very slow. He was interested in carrying on a conversation with everyone than trying to get through the line. He spent even more time trying to scan every item, some but easily scanned but pushed on wasting time instead of entering it manually. After I got my order in it was a above average wait to get my drink. The drive-thru was slammed but I usually get my drink faster at other locations with drive-thrus. So I would have to say my visit was ok but not great.

Its like most Starbucks, only this one is always artic level freezing cold inside always. Even in winter they have the A/C on. Not a good choice if warming up on a cold day or night is what you want. If you sit inside also be ready for overhead music that drives you batty. People here are friendly and prompt.

Usually fairly quick service and a nice atmosphere despite the rushes that come through. Not too attentive though, I stop by occasionally and almost half the time I get my order back and it isnt correct or they forget about it until I have to flag someone down. But other then that I still plan to come in.

Coffee is great. The staff very friendly and helpful. They do tend to give priority to the drive thru customers. It seems to be that way at most drive through locations.

As a non coffee drinker, they went out of their way to find me a drink. Id like. Its apparently a Caramel Brulee Latte... Who knew?

It depends. Dont go there at 7-8am unless you order ahead! Generally good the rest of the time.
