I have eaten a lot of chilli rellenos in my travels across California and Texas and i gotta say Tres Marias has the best. the flavor of the pepper is not drowned out by greasy batter served in other restaurants, but shines through with a light fluffy egg batter and a healthy dousing of zesty tomato sauce on top. The location in Wallace has had a multitude of restaurants in and out, i think its finally going to stick with Tres Marias. The food and atmosphere are delightful and the cost is also affordable. I love Tres Marias and will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.
