By far the worst service I have ever experienced .....even though they had call buttons on the table and a display by there work station that showed what table number was calling for service the middle age "waitresses" seemed to ignore every call because they where to busy watching tv and talking to each other and only got up whenever they felt like it and it wasnt a busy time because there where only 2 customers at the time (1 couple and my group of 4 celebrating my friends bday) so when the bill came and of course it was brought out early we where charged for 4 ppl + 4 alcohol drinks and $20 tips from all of us which came to a total of $140 that was supposed to be $47 which I disputed the minute I saw it because the waitress still stood there after she gave me the bill I guess hopping I just give her my card without looking at the bill.... I told her that this is wrong because we didnt order alcohol nor agreed about tipping that crazy amount and all of a sudden she couldnt understand English so she went to get the lead waitress and the minute she walked up she slammed the bill on the table and said "why arent you paying" I said in a calm collective voice that 1st of all dont approach me in that manner and 2nd we didnt agree nor order any alcohol then she insisted we did then I said if we did why is there only soda cans on the table so then she paused in placed for a minute then looked at us funny as almost like I blown her cover then angrily walked off then came back with the correct amount so then I thanked her but still she didnt look happy so like the 1st waitress she stood there impatiently I wrote the amount plus $25 tip and she angrily said I dont want your tip then grabbed my recipe then walked off ....... this was the 2nd time I went there and dont know what happen to the young man that served us the 1st time that showed us great customer service which I gave him $40 tip but this is the last time coming here and I wont recommend this place .... pine tree on Reseda is way better and friendlier without any con artists

今天给朋友送行去了这里，发现这是在洛杉矶吃的最差的一家饭店，毫无韩国烤肉的味道。客人很少韩国人，多是三百磅以上的非亚裔，可能只为了图多吃点肉吧！建议凡是吃过韩国烤肉的人不要去，会让你非常失望!和在国内吃的完全没法比!厨师都是墨西哥人，根本不会料理，就是个切肉的!在卫生间看见两个厨师，其中一个戴着切肉的胶皮手套，便后根本不洗手就出来，明显违反加州法律!餐厅内乌烟瘴气(排风不好)，肉随便一切就端上来，蘸料一点香油，一点不知道什么sauce，其他一概没有，冷面根本难以下咽，和国内最偏僻的乡镇烧烤排挡一个档次!

Hello guys Im sorry to give this place a one star because the food wasnt all that bad but the service was horrible, maybe it was the waitress we got but she was really rude to us as soon as we walk in she looks at us with a face as if she did not want us there. Than we order our food we get it and when we run out of rice we asked her if she could bring us some and she said sure it took her almost 30 minutes to bring us more rice, than when we asked her for another drink she just flicked her hand at us telling us to wait, we order our drink and it doesnt come for another 10 minutes, but than we see another table order drinks and she brought them right away. Well we decided to leave so we asked for the bill and they bring it to us and it had almost 25 dollars of tip. Come on after the bad service they want us to give the lady 25 dollars. Well never going there ever again

We used to eat here almost once per week but as of late, our days as regular customers may change and we may not go there that often especially because of a certain waitress- skinny, with a pony tail and a terribly bad attitude who worked that day and most days. She grimaced, frowned, and whined when we asked her to order more food or for table arrangements.Come on,its all you can eat buffet.We cook for ourselves &all she does or have to do is bring whatever we ordered to the table. Hope she or one of her coworkers will read this review and warn her so she will change her attitude before its too late. Meaning, they will lose their regular customers and many others like us will search for korean bbq else where.

Trying this place out with my girlfriend for the 2nd time after a bad 1st visit from a few years ago.. everything was going fine. We were enjoying our dinner but were a little annoyed about the grill top and how easily it burns the meat. The side dishes are great and tasty, the water even tasted refreshing. Toward the end my girlfriend randomly started inching closer and closer to me.. there was a cochroach on the seat walking toward her leg.. it disappeared for a second and came back on the seat near me.. we wont be coming back here.. well contiue going to Pine Tree.

The fire keeps burning!Got Yukked to-go and its still delicious! I feel like some places give less when you to go, but they didnt!My family was sweating after just a couple of pieces cause of the spice! I went in here with my family and ordered a water it was stale like warm tap water we got 2 16.99 cook yourself meat it was terrible the only thing I could stomach was the marinated beef slices and that because the sauce was sweet like bad candy also the service was rushing us and the grill was disgusting aswell as the tongs also the meat scissors were office scissors

Ordered more food and they forgot. They went on lunch break. After 10 minutes I rang them to ask for more water and they realized they forgot to bring the food. 5 minutes later I had to remind them that they forgot to bring my water. Their service was pretty good to anyone who wasnt hispanic. The pretty much ignored us the whole time we were there. NEVER going back.

Great food! Been to this Fresh Korean BBQ twice and always satisfied with their foods. The only thing that makes uncomfortable is the place/atmosphere of the Fresh Korean BBQ , its a lil bit dark and the smell from the kitchen was really strong and bad to our clothes and hair. This place should improve the air circulation inside the Fresh Korean BBQ Restaurant. .

With the name "Fresh" for this restaurant, it is far from being fresh. Of the few korean bbq restaurants in the valley, this is the worse. It got me sick. it took them 15 minutes to tend to us, even though there were 5 servers around us doing nothing. do not recommend. Go to Hae Jang Chon in Korea town or Woori Kalbi in Northridge.

I hated the service. When ever we asked for rice they never gave us rice until our 5th try. They forced me to pay 15% tip when I gave them a 2$ tip because of horrible service and bad hospitality so they took 15 dollars from my debit card. So if you want rude hostess and ill mannered service come here.

The food was really good. Its up to you imagination to create it. The assistant manager on Saturday night was amazing. He was extremely funny and helpful in showing us how to cook at your table. He was a delight and I would go back not only because of the food but because of him. Fun place!
