Went there with a friend, it was FREEZING in there and that could be tolerated if the air conditioning wasnt on full blast blowing directly on me as well. When I asked for heat, the waiter, an asian kid in his 20s was very rude and offensive. It is true the waiters are walking around, on the move and the temperature might be right for them, but it is not for the customer. No wonder there werent that many people in there. It is not a warm environment, everything is hard, stainless or marble in there including the floors, so its like walking into a refrigerator. I would have just let this go, as the college graduate was having a bad day, but he also gave me the finger through the window as we were leaving.

Yes there arent any All You can eat Korean BBQ Left in the San Fernando Valley that gets better than this. Not to mention that I know the owner of this fine establishment. Yet, there are restaurants that I have known the owner, but the food and service is below average. The food here is great. It gets super busy which is definitely good for business. I enjoy eating here. Its definitely worth the wait. IF you dont want to bother with traffic and heading over to K-town, this is the spot. For those who are at CSUN, Pierce, or in the surrounding areas want some really good all u can eat korean bbq... voila! this place is the bomb!

Love this place. The front of house is always cordial and tries to be as accommodating as possible. When the small lobby area becomes crowded, they go so far as to open up a space they use for events with tables and chairs to keep you comfortable. The food is awesome. The premium all you can eat is really the only way to go. It is the best place to bring a group and have a few beers while you grill your choice of meats and veggies. There are even TVs strategically placed so you can watch your sports while enjoying time with family and friends. The food is awesome. Go, enjoy. You wont be sorry.

I used to be little iffy on this place because for some reason they never gave you more water when you asked for it. Recently it seems to have undergone a facelift, change in ownership. The food provided is fresh and there is plenty of it. If you have a good group of people or just have a healthy appetite, this is an easy choice. The price is good, its fun grilling your own food to your liking, and now they fill my water glass all the time :). There are a lot of these types popping up in the area, but I think Pine Tree is still the best one.

I have gone here a few times and its a great value for their AYCE kbbq. Their basic all you can eat gives you the option of 4 different meats: Brisket, Spicy Pork, BBQ Chicken and Pork Belly. It also includes soup, salad, rice, and all of the traditional sides that accompany a korean bbq meal (kimchi, etc). All the food tastes really good and the service has been fine every time Ive gone. Parking can sometimes be an issue as their main lot out front is pretty small, but you can park next door if you need to with no issues at all.

Cup Bob with egg that is all. Its some kind of mystery of physics how they pack so much food into what looks like a very small box. But i am not a dainty eater by any stretch and i can never finish this thing. Which is ok, because it reheats really well. I always get a mix of Bulgari and spicy pork (not that spicy), but i bet everything is good. If youre looking for the best bang for your buck at the truck park, this is it in terms of both quantity and quality.

Absolutely horrible service. It is definitely not ok to be having to beg the staff for more food all the time. The fact that we were completely forgotten for 2 hours is unacceptable. 2 orders of meat in 2 hours!? Im sorry but if you plan on coming here with a big appetite, dont bother coming here because you definitely will be forgotten. The only time you wont be forgotten is when they demand a tip with absolutely no shame. Never again.

The service is pretty good. They gave us what we wanted quick and kept coming back to see if we wanted more. There was 6 of us and the "All You Can Eat" was very filling, and i think coming from a 20 year old big guy, that is saying something. I will definitely be going back for more. only complaint: it isnt very flashy but, that isnt a real problem. their parking is very small, so go on a weekday.

Friendly staff and delicious food. They have a great selection of a wide variety of meats. Their BBQ is all you can eat and is very reasonably priced. They charge $17/ person for some of the basic meats and $22/ person for the higher end meats. Either is worth the money. I dont enjoy cooking at home, but I sure do love cooking up the meat at Korean BBQ!

The spicy pork dish is awesome. Recommend having them cook it vs yourself cooking it at the table. Theyre generous on the appetizers such as kimchi, seaweed, bean sprouts, even a salad, etc. The Dol Sot Bibimbap was great too. Water service can be a little slow but they definitely make up for it with the great food.

I hadnt been here for a long time and my recent visit was a lot better than I had remembered. The servers were all very nice and attentive. I come to kbbqs to really fill up on a lot of food and I was able to enjoyably do that here. Lettuce for the salad side dish was ok. I came on a weekday evening, it was not crowded.

Prices rise every so often, so it gets annoying if this place was your go to joint. They limit the sides to what you can get at a time, and charge extra for onions and mushrooms which is absolutely annoying. Another place that tries to be cheap and ends up nickel and diming everyone on everything unfortunately.

The worst place Ive ever been in my life. The slowest service in the world and the owner is a horrible person that doesnt care about your opinion. He was disrespectful never apologized. He would rather fight his customers than help the awful service issue.

Always an amazing experience! Staff are very friendly, great quality meat, and even when crowded the longest wait Ive experienced has been 30 minutes. I do recommend the premium all you can eat but if you are on a budget get the regular 4meats.

Judgmental waiter. Had to chase the pitcher for water. Didnt get any refills on sauces. Asked for help with meat the waiter walked away after placing meat never came back. Felt heavily judged overall out of place. Not warm environment

Workers gave us average service; nothing out of the ordinary and the guy that rang us up, who didnt even serve us, rudely asked for tip. There are better alternatives than this place. Gen has wider variety and is worth the extra money.
