Ive been to this restaurant many times. I would come back because I actually like the food, but the customer service from some of the people here really needs improvement. I dont know if it is the lady who owns the place, just seems like she has been working there too long and hates her job. Today is the last time that I even consider going back as a result of her disregard for attention to the customer. I called to place an order and asked a couple of simple questions. Instead of an answer to my questions she tells me, very rudely, to call back when I have made up my mind and I know what I want to order. It really does bother me because I do like the food, but I do not appreciate being treated like I am unwelcome simply because I ask a couple of questions about the menu.

What a nice surprise. Other reviewers gave this little chinese restaurant good ratings so we decided to try it. Excellent. Typical dishes. Served with fresh ingredients and tangy sauces. We had orange beef and mandarin chicken. In most places the sauces for these two dishes would be about the same. Here each sauce was distinctively different and complimented the dish. Pork fried rice was very tasty. Good attentive service. Great I-5 dining at reasonable prices. You wont be disappointed. The 5 star rating is based on the area, and this is by far the best I have had in a little town chinese restaurant. Dont think you are going to experience true 5 star dining. grins

I was told that the mu-shu vegetables contained broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, cabbage, onions, and celery but no water chestnuts. What I recieved was sauteed cabbage, egg, and water chestnuts. The crab rangoon contained no crab, only cream cheese. Sauces were minimally provided with no napkins or chopsticks for a take out order and the fortune cookie was stale. The staff was angry, mean, and short tempered. Mcdonalds is right across the street and I would suggest you go there for better quality, friendlier service, and better prices.

I cant believe how great the food was today. Ive been coming here for quite a few years now (about 15) and the food has always been awesome but today was over the top only to be to be beat by the excellent servic by a young man who blew my doors off with a label of professionalism and atentivness that was beyond reproach.. He was definitely the the key to my luncheon experience pulling the 5th star l had the shrimp withllobster sauce and my mom had the sweet and sour shrimp. We also started with the po po platter to start. EXCELLENT!!!

The staff was very rude the woman in the front which look like the owner said she wouldnt seat us before a certain time but never said what the time was when clearly the establishment city closed 45 minutes after we got there I do not recommend this restaurant the sauces were watered down the wontons with crab and cream cheese barely had any crab and cream cheese in them it was a horrible experience I will never go there again

I have eaten at this restaurant many times while passing through Williams on hwy 20. I am a vegetarian and found the food to be great. Fresh vegetables and friends (non vegan) said they liked the food also. It ranks high on my list of good chinese Restaurants in the northern CA area. Negative reviews may be persons traveling I-5 between to metro areas where food is a notch above, sometime.

Best place to eat in Williams, Ca. I love American Chinese food and they do it very well here. Things to get... Pot Stickers, Egg Rolls, Chow Main (we like it plain), Spicy Mandarin Chicken, or Crispy Honey Walnut Shrimp!!!! Great food at a great price.

The worst Chinese restaurant I ever had the food taste so horrible and its making me wanting to spit it out it taste so bold. Seriously I did spat it out. I hate that restaurant so much I will never go back. Worst disgusting food I ever had.

Not the best chinese, not the worst. Crab rangoon was good. Chicken was very sketchy. Vegetables were inconsistent and tasted sort of like plastic. But it still has to be better than McDonalds, which is basically your only other choice.
