Funny thing is I go here more often than Id like to admit. Recently my Wife ordered online and as usual we received a message saying the food was ready. Once I arrived at the Wing Stop as usual the food wasnt really ready. Typically they just tell me that itll be another 10 minutes and I pay but this time it wasnt just another 10 minutes. Instead, I found myself waiting for about an hour. Im a patient man and I was already out to pick up the food so I didnt really feel like heading somewhere else at 10 at night. After seeing me wait for some time a guy, one of the employees, comes up to me and asks if Im waiting on something and I replied with the name on the order. After reviewing what happened he went back and realized my order wasnt made or close to being made yet. After figuring out that my order wasnt ready he apologized more than he ever needed to and asked me if there was anything else Id like. I asked for maybe another thing of bleu cheese and that was it. He happily obliged and after about 15 additional minutes all was supposedly right with the world. Finally I get home and begin unpacking the all the wings n such and once I open the package containing my order I realized they forgot to put the original hot sauce on the wings. Regardless, I still ate the wings as I was hungry and didnt feel like addressing the problem immediately. Not sure whats going on lately but its just been one fumbled order after the other. Usually missing veggie sticks or fries but I think Im simply going to just hold off on Wing Stop until either the staff becomes properly trained, quit or fired. I hate to say it that way but thats just the way it is. Overall!!! Usually love the wings amongst everything else on the menu. The staff could use a chin up because theyre typically borderline rude but I look past it. The staff could use some development with their abilities to multitask, take food orders and overall customer service. Oh and double check their finished orders for accuracy. Other than that, I probably wont be dropping by any time relatively soon. Ill give it a good 6 months or so to see if anything has changed.

This is one of the slowest joints ever. Which is super surprising considering all theyd doing to deepfrying some chicken wings and tossing them in sauce. Ive worked in the food industry for 10 years and NEVER have I worked anywhere so slow and they STILL manage to get your order wrong. Given, I ordered online this time too because last time, I kid you not I waited in line for an HOUR. Im gonna point fingers at poor management because generally, theyd be on your tail for such work. When I went in today, the girl at the register was actively arguing with another off duty employee, she kept apologizing to me for it but would just go back to arguing with her and once the girl off duty left, she continued to talk about it with another lady she worked with. All the while, letting her annoyance out on me. I dont care about your petty workplace drama but these ladies need to figure out how to be professional. I will do longer be doing business with wing stop. Guys, Buffalo Wild Wings is right around the corner, I recommend going on over to them if you want your food made right and people who know how to be professional.

Its OK, if you dont mind waiting. WAY too slow. They cant handle a rush. They really need to learn better customer service as well. Employees at register are always apologizing for slow service. Call in ahead, then add 30 minutes to whatever time they say your order will be ready. Superbowl Sunday? Forget it if you want to eat.

I got parmesan garlic wings and they were incredibly dry. I dont know what they used for the flavor but it was horrible. They dont compare at all to the parmesan garlic wings at Buffalo Wild Wings.

I love the friendly atmosphere an how polite the workers are, the wings are always fresh an same with the fries. I recommend Wingstop to almost everyone who enjoys quick an great wings!

Really small place. When 15 people are there its packed. Bathrooms were a mess, vomit in the toilets, etc. Not going back here.
