SPOILED FOOD and HARD PLASTIC IN PANCAKES!!! I just went for a late dinner takeout from this IHOP at 11pm on Friday (Ive gone here many times in the past without issue). This time I didnt recognize the night staff. The usual host/ cashier who was wonderful was not there instead there was a young boy who appeared to be 12-15. We brought our food home. I took opened my spinach and mushroom omlete and noticed a pungent odor. I thought it was coming from somewhere else and took a bit then another and then I through my fork down. The sauce was completely spoiled!!! Im praying it dont get sick! I think ok, spoiled sauce, that can happen though I am feeling very uneasy about ihop. So I open my red velvet pancakes take 3 bites and then on the birth bite, CRUNCH!!! I pull this hard bit out of my mouth and notice its a piece of plastic. 2 for 2 in not trying a third. We used to go here every few weeks for a late night dinner for ourselves or a brunch with the kids. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! We call the restaurant to complain and talk to a manager we are told by the young boy "there is no manager here". Really? Also both the boy and the waitress we got on the phone had terrible attitudes and didnt seem at all concerned that they had just served spoiled food and food with a foreign object in it. Dont you understand people can get sick? People can die? Dont go here!!

Food was ok my waiter was good I finished eating and went to the counter to pay my bill and this woman takes my bill and gets on her phone STANDING DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF ME AS IF TO BE RINGING ME UP I had thought for a moment maybe she was using her phone for a new check out type thing .. after standing there for about 3 min she lays her phone down and I see face book messenger ( ARE YOU SERIOUS ) HOW DISRESPECTFUL I hope and pray a supervisor goes through the video and deals with that i work in customer service and would NEVER start helping a customer and suddenly stop in the middle and write a paragraph!! 5:00 on 7-1-17

Hello There

I ordered fish and a salad which was a huge mistake. The fish smelled and tasted like bleach was poured on it, the salad was old wilted and nasty looking. Showed the manager (Andy) and he said that there is nothing he could do because that is how he salad comes shipped to them lol. And he said the bleach was just the smell left over from them cleaning the dishes with bleach. He was a joke and that place is disgusting. Good luck if you go there and just stick to pancakes I dont think they can screw those up.

Convenient and good staff. This was my neighborhood coffee shop... However, the newest feature is a loudly amplified door bell which goes off incessantly. It is likely an effort on the part of management to reduce host staff. I know, youre thinking, "its just a doorbell, chill out". Trust me, its the equivalent of auditory water torture. It doesnt even need a customer to set it off.... A mild breeze will suffice. I feel especially bad for the staff ... At least I have the luxury of not coming back.

I wanted to treat my daughter to breakfast for her 2nd birthday. The food was pretty good. At breakfast time, I am starving, so it did the job. I had no complaints. The manager even checked up on us at one point during the meal. Huge point in my book. The only minor complaint is the waitress seemed a little rushed. The restaurant didnt seem busy, but I am sure she had other things to do. Still, service shouldnt show the chaos behind the curtain. I would definitely go back again.

Stopped in today for some breakfast. Although it was Sunday, because my mom and I assumed that everyone would be prepping for the Superbowl, we decided to get breakfast. We were wrong. IHOP was super busy, but despite all the people who were trying to get breakfast, the staff was super friendly and accommodating and the food was delivered hot and in a timely manner despite all the guests. Great job IHOP!

I am sitting in this place right now and its been a very long time no one has approached me. after asking a worker if ANY ONE is going to approach us or not, first they blamed me for walking to a table without asking them (redeculious) and second blamed for not saying hi!! They didnt even bother to say hi back to me when I entered... they dont speak English... this place needs lots of work...

Amongst the worst IHOP ive been to. My party was seated and then left to be forgotten about. Waitress came came to take the drink order and then after about 15 minutes our party decided to leave since waitress never came back. Either theyre utterly understaffed or the employees dont care to attend to their paying guests. Do yourself a favor and stay away

The pancakes I order were overcooked. They looked overcooked (quite brown and hard) when I got them. I was surprised I was served them. My friend ordered French toast. It was undercooked. Some of the food had cooled off before we got it. The prices were high, even if the food had been cooked properly. Wont be coming back.

Hostess/Waitress initially greeted and took our drink orders in a rushed manner, but only partially as she forgot to ask other members in our party. To add to that, she never came back after more than 15 minutes passed. We ended up leaving. Overall, it had some of the worst hosting skills I had ever experienced.

Food amount has lowered but price went crazy up. The after midnight crew is terrible the waiter has to buss his own tables and I have been in there5 times and there is only like 6 tables of people but all the tables are dirty and we have to wait. The waiter spends too much time talking

A little too prepackaged. Made to "Look" like it is made from scratch, old fashioned home made food, but it isnt. It tastes like it has somethi g in it, like fillers that bring down the taste and quality. Sign of the modern times where we keep dreaming about the past. :(

Ive always gotten pretty quick service. The prices are slightly out of proportion, but nothing terrible. Definitely recommended for breakfast, the lunch menu is decent but its obviously not their specialty.

Its open 24 hours a day, thats the only reason I give it one star, otherwise 0 stars. Why would anyone eat here other than the fact that its open 24 hours a day and literally nothing else is available.

Nice location, plenty of parking, food is typical of IHOP, excellent personal service, clean on the inside, busy with a little bit of waiting, its a little pricey and breakfast is always good.
