This is our favorite Mexican place since we moved to the South Bay area last summer from the desert! The food is terrific, and usually very authentic. Ingredients have been very fresh the past six times that we have been, and everything has been well prepared and served. Service is always very friendly and helpful, and usually relatively prompt. The ambiance is generally pleasant in a casual, easy-going diner kind of way (no white tablecloths here), though sometimes the juke box gets going a little loudly. My only reason for marking it down is that they have been having plumbing problems with the bathrooms for the past couple of months, and the mens room has been relegated to a couple of portapotties outside. Other than that, we have enjoyed our visits at all hours of the day or night, occasionally getting cocktails, very much. Its definitely a keeper in the restaurant rotation!

I ordered chorizo con huevos and the waitress set it down on the table and ask if everything was all right? The chorizo was obviously burnt black to a crisp and mixed in with the eggs. She was actually going to serve it to me and was hoping that I would accept really badly but food. I got on her case for even trying to pass it off! My 11 year old son ordered bacon and eggs and his bacon was but to a crisp as well. I will never go back there and will tell my 250 circle of friends to stay the heck away form there... Que cochinos!

Food was eatable but service is terrible once the morning shift Lady comes in..Amalia the waitress is rude to say the least..She throws the plates on the table and calls customers names...like "Gordon and "Griton"...dont have a clue how she still has a job there..my thought is she may be related to owners. She princes around in a ridiculous tennis skirt and tennis shoes...yet her service game is slow...the only quick thing about her is her mouth.

This was a to go order, for 6 people. First the service was good. Even thought it was a full house the service welcome me right in and got my order correct. Second the food was well package and everything needed was included and extra salsa. The food its self lack seasoning and usually its not as greasy but we all agree it was too greasy. Keep in mind I am of Mexican heritage. The price its self is decent.

Ive had Mexican food from everywhere Im Mexican and my mom makes the best but this is the closest to perfect home cooking, you can only get better from your mom, the dishes are all great and all the other restaurants in the south bay dont have or make them, the best Mex in the south bay closest to the beach, get inland a little and then you can find better

I have been coming here for 25 years,at first it was terrible.the past 20 years it is our favorite place,Amelia is a wonderful person and Coco is great. Food is good, were always treated with great respect. They are all great (You treat people like you want to be treated )

This place sucks i dont understand why they have a number to place orders if their not gonna make it till u get there n pay.. Called in at 724pm i was told 10 to 15 min so i get there at 744 well over 10 to 15 min gets to 755 still no food so got my money back and left..

Let me start off by saying the service was AMAZING. Chelsea was our waitress and she was so nice and funny. Even answered so many question my friend has about the burrito. I lowkey wish I had ordered a wet burrito but my camarones a la costa azul were still great

Service and food are excellent. Experience the best seafood platers in town. The staff will treat you like family and remember your name! Bring your girlfriend you mom co worker just bring everybody! Theres space and they will love it like I do!
