We placed our delivery order, and after two and a half hours, were still waiting for our dinner to arrive. When we called to ask where our food was, we were told another order had fallen into ours, and that the driver had to go back so ours could be remade. We didnt receive a call that there would be a delay, and the excuse was that they had to take the phone off the hook because the order line was so busy. After speaking to the manager, we were told they couldnt do anything for us concerning this issue now, but we could get a free item on the next order. Im definitely a detractor, not satisfied, and wont recommend this establishment to anyone.

Absolutely my most favorite Chinese food. Its all fresh, delicious, and very satisfying. The flavors are bright and deep, unlike most Chinese food we see today. I would and will always recommend The Orient Express to any Chinese food lover. Period.

I wish it open earlier. The food is great. Have company from out of town and it opens @ 4pm. They are from East Coast.
