I came thru the drive thru tonight to specifically get a strawberry shake for my adult son who was at home. The lady on the speaker said she couldnt make a shake cause she had been trying to finish cleaning the machine and didnt know when shed be able to get done. I told her Id call my son and ask him if he wanted something else. He was on my car speaker and when Id ask him a question shed come on the speaker and keep asking me the same question. I got frustrated and asked her to wait a minute. She continued asking as I tried to ask my son and i finally got the order in and pulled forward. As I watched her filling bags with orders I noticed that she didnt have gloves on her hands as she touch the food going into the bags. Im not sure if this is standard procedure but it did bother me watching her. I also saw another girl working info there with her and hope that they get that milkshake machine cleaned out soon. I could see the floor covered with dropped paper, food/fries that she just walked thru. Just saying. Not very appetizing.

This is the worst Jack in the box you have ever been to. The food is slow and cold The bathrooms are locked because of the homeless people. If its 3 am and you need food, go to Nations. Its a half mile north and you wont get food poisoning.

Its a great late nite munchery. When employees r on their A game, u can enjoy freshly cooked not sitting under a warmer for an hour and served hot food at that hour makes for an even better experience.

They could get a 3 if they would quit screwing up my orders. when they improve I will give them another star..Hint, avoid the drive thru unless its late and the only choice.
